I was able to get in while the salon was slow, which was perfect because I got to have my nails and feet done at the same time! Pam & Anna were great and sweet. I just got gel on my nails and regular polish on my feet. Very decently priced and right before the holidays with my busy schedule! Thank you ladies!

I’ve been to many nail salons and this place is amazing! I got my nails and pedicure at the same time! It was the best fast and clean Heide did my nails she was so fast and they look amazing! Yvonne did my pedicure very relaxing! Highly recommend anyone in the area to check this place out! Oh and they have a bar for a cocktail and cookies! I found my favorite place

I have had nothing but great service and excellent results with both pedicures and dip nails! Angelina is my favorite technician for sure…and I’ve met so many other great technicians too. I will always recommend Serenity Nail Spa to new neighbors!

I treated myself and my sister to a manicure and pedicure. It was the best experience that I could've asked for and I will definitely be back. Gina & Linda took such good care of us and Linda is the one to see if you want a massage. Gina did an amazing job on my hands and feet! The prices were reasonable and even though you can make reservations, this was a walk-in appointment.

Update: I rarely downgrade a review, but this time, it's necessary. After my first visit, I went in to book a massage with Linda. It was set up for a week later, but when I arrived, I was informed that Linda doesn't even work on Friday. I asked why I wasn't told that when it was booked and there was no good answer. Then the lady said I could have someone else, so I reluctantly said OK. They told me they had to clean the room, so I sat down to wait. Twenty minutes later, they informed me that all three rooms were still being used and could I wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes. No apology was given, so I left and I will not be returning.
If this had been my first visit, it would be a one-star review!

Worst pedicure experience ever! Nail tech "linda" watched the TV the entire time. On the screen was an animal show that included: snakes, rats, lizards, and frogs. Just why would you have that on for customers coming in for a relaxing experience. Then, they had no dryers in the shop. Just sit here and dry was what I was told! NEVER AGAIN! On top of all that, the pedicurist did a mediocre job! Beware!

I'm never disappointed when I stop in for a pedicure. Vivian was amazing and the Pumpkin Pedi was delightful.

Don't bother. I stopped going here years ago but I decided to give them another try I probably shouldn't have. I went a few times And Laura did a nice job with dip powder but when she was away I had Jennifer do my nails and I will not be going back. She was rude and did a lousy job if the dip powder the color didn't even come close to the cuticle she left my fingers bleeding and when I went back to try and get it fixed she said there was nothing wrong with them should ground them down slopped on some clear Polish and told me they were fixed. The guy there who is the manager backed her up and when I left they were practically kicking me out the door. The minute I put up a bad review they responded to it asking me to call them right away so they could earn back my business. Nope not going to happen. Go to yogani nails in Ormond beach if you want a good manicure. Ask for Tony or Jenny.

I have bounced around from nail salon to nail salon. Trying to find a home for my hands and feet.
This place is amazing. Friendly, efficient staff atmosphere is calming. Great massage chairs. Definitely earned their 5 star.

Pedicure for me. Pedicure & dipped nails for my granddaughter. Especially liked they did both of hers at once so I didn't have to wait on her. We are very happy!

Narith is incredible at dip powder and mani pedis. He made my hands and feet look so beautiful in time for a wedding. I walk a lot and have lots of dry skin on my feet and he was able to painlessly get it off. Also, he was very honest/upfront about pricing. He made me comfortable and I will be coming back to just see him. Thank you so much!

I love going to Trish at the Serenity Nail Spa. Took my mom for her birthday. Just went back for my birthday and Halloween. Absolutely love them.

I’ve gone twice and both times I’ve done a pedicure and had dip powder on my nails. I’ve been super happy each time. The second time I went they offered me an alcoholic beverage and I accepted. It was a cool add on. Their pedicure chairs are decent and they very clean. They seated me quickly and the salon is well organized. The prices are normal for the area. You can tip on your card.
Their bathrooms are clean too.
Every time I’ve gone they’ve been busy and cater to males, females, the young and old.
I will definitely go again.

Walked in to get a fill, I was welcomed and sited right away by a gentleman in the front desk. When my nail tech came to her station she was already on her phone, didn’t even bother saying hi, since her phone was more important. After she decided to put her phone on the table while continue texting, she grabs my hand to start filling, I start by saying, Hello, and told her this is what I would like to get done, while showing her the design, then I asked her do you have this color or something similar, she reply’s; I’ll get the color and you pick. After her bringing the colors I choose and show her my design again explaining how exactly I wanted. She goes back to filling my nails and starts filling my nails, , in no time she gets up and brings me some art products to put in my nails when I redirected her to my original design, then she ask someone else to come and see because she doesn’t have what we needed. While waiting on her getting what it was supposed to be used I realized some of my nails were missing acrylic in the sides, and she shaped my nails how ever she wanted to, she never even bother asking what shape did I wanted because all she was concern was her phone. Then I ask her to not continue working on my nails, just tell me how much did I owed her for putting some acrylic in some of my nails and she was expecting for me to pay for a full fill service when she wasn’t even able to fill my nails properly. So I asked for someone in charge to come, I explain the situation and I was asked if I get someone to do your nails would you stay, I said yes, I just want someone that could fix the work that she did and to be able to do me the design that I wanted, they said yes. So I get redirected to my new nail tech, and to be honest the work done in my hands was not the best job, but this gentleman at least was trying, and was respectful and show that he cared. Well the worst part of all this is that when I go to pay I get charge both tickets, the one from the first lady that couldn’t even apply the acrylic correctly as a if she did a full fill and the one in where the gentleman had to fix my nails that he had to remove and re-do the acrylic from 2 of my nails because they were lifting already, I didn’t complained, I just payed like if I didn’t even realized what they did, the gentleman at the front desk tells me, I discounted some of it for you, and I even said OH, thanks, but I knew what they did. Why didn’t I said anything, because what they did says a lot about a business and this just tells me that my time and money should not be invested in Serenity’s Nails and Spa. Places like this one, goes really high for a while and then it drops and they get hit hard. Don’t think that because they offer you a drink while working on you is good customer service when customer service starts with loyalty and respect to your customer, and this place for sure is in need of that. I don’t recommend no one to go business with this place.

I had Narith, the entire time he made it a delight. His attention to details, listening to what I like and making it so much better. I won't go anywhere else now.
