Powerlifter here getting a massage for the first time. The Serenity team had an amazing understanding of how the muscle groups work together to help relieve some pain I was having in the QL group.

They squeezed me in with Cenia within 20 minutes who was a consummate pro with just the right blend of relaxation and therapy. Gave great advice on some simple but important keys to vitality. My sister and I came here and had an amazing experience. I had Corey and she had Cindy. Corey did an amazing job, perfect pressure. She periodically checked in on how the pressure was for me and asked me my goals of the massage. I told her I work in ultrasound and my shoulders are my target area. Not only me shoulders but everything felt amazing after! My sister and I were so relaxed and refreshed. My sister really enjoyed her massage with Cindy as well! Highly recommend!
