16 Serevene by Chef Pawan Pinisetti is located inside Hotel Greystone in Miami Beach. What an extraordinary dining experience! From the ambiance, to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, to the delicious flavors from each uniquely crafted dish - I cannot give enough praise to this restaurant. To say I was wowed is an understatement.
Izakaya style cuisine inspired by French and Japanese flare. Definitely a great restaurant for sharing and exploring delicious dishes. I would recommend the restaurant for any and all occasions! A special date night, a celebration (birthday with friends or anniversary) or even a girls night out.
Chef Pawan himself came by our table to introduced several dishes and presented them. The Director of Food and Beverage, Fred, also came by to introduce himself and presented us our tasty dessert. Their contributions really elevated our dining expedience and we were all extremely impressed!
I am still dreaming of the foie gras we had and absolutely loved the beef tartare. I look forward to coming back next time I visit Miami!
Everything from the moment you walk in was superb, our waiter Fabio was absolutely amazing along with the chef Osvaldo meeting us at the table was nothing short of incredible service. We loved it here and are definitely planning on coming back
My friends and I stayed at Hotel Greystone and took advantage of dining at Serevene since it’s on location and we had the best experience. Freddie and the wait staff were warm and welcoming! We were lucky enough to have the chef experience! We got to meet Chef Pawan and he walked us through the new menu and why he chose those items and showed us how to truly enjoy each plate. Highly recommend next time you’re near Miami Beach!
This place is so lovely. I dined with a friend and we felt like princesses the entire experience. Our server Fabio had some fabulous recommendations and the Chef Osvaldo prepared stunning plates and made sure we enjoyed. The server assistant Carolina was so sweet and always had a warm smile! I can’t say enough about how wonderful the food and staff are at the establishment, they made our celebration one we will always remember!

If you're in the area, and want a great dining experience, this hidden gem will exceed your expectations. There's a lot of great dining experiences in Miami Beach, and there's a lot of overpriced tourist traps. Go here to avoid the tourist traps and have yourself an unforgettable dining experience.
First class culinary experience. The service, the ambience, and the food are as good as you’re going to get anywhere in the world. Our chef tonight was the magnificent Osvaldo Olvera.
Great cocktail lounge to have drinks before with live music. Incredible staff. Best food we had on our trip. Will be back!
Fantastic restaurant in Miami. Food and service were both amazing!
Quality, taste and presentation of the food is superb. Beef tartare was succulent, pea cappuccino was out of this world (and I don’t like peas, lol), salmon sashimi and chicken kebab were spectacular.
Worthy of the best restaurants I have been to.

Where do I begin. Sérêvène was exceptional.
Went in with a group of 8, and began our night in the lounge with an array of crafted cocktails accompanied by a live harpist and pianist.
The atmosphere we experienced in the lounge transitioned into the dining room where we spent the next few hours tasting a variety of meticulously prepared dishes that were shared around the table. I would highly recommend the beef tartar and lamb cigars as starters for the night.
Throughout the night we experienced excellent service with timing of dishes, tending to drinks, and help with understanding each dish. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to engage in conversation while at the table, and even helped us take a family photo a the end of our dinner to remember our time.
I highly recommend you take a few hours one night while in Miami to stop at Sérêvène for some drinks in the lounge or a few dishes from nearly a Michelin Star restaurant.
The service was wonderful. Our waiter was so attentive and accommodating. The live music in the bar lounge are was superb, the ambiance perfect and the food was amazing
The beef tartare is a must (as well as the mushroom dish!) Honestly can't go wrong with any of the dishes.
Overall, this was an incredible dining experience.
Everything about this place was 10/10! Fred did an incredible job making sure my family was taken care of! Food was the best we had in Miami. I would recommend this place to everyone! We will be back!

Where do I begin… This meal was unforgettable. From the minute we walked in we were handed a welcome drink to sip on while we settled. Every single dish we were served was delicious, but a can’t-miss item is the beef tartare. The ingredients were so fresh and the service was extremely attentive. Already looking forward to our next meal here.
Simplicity, distinct flavors are the words that immediately come to mind-10/10

Very delicious food and a great take on a lot of classics. Waiters are very friendly and provide thorough explanations on how the food is prepared (thank you Chef O). Would recommend to anyone coming into town.
