Walked in to get an oil change. Andy took me in and added to the schedule. Luckily too it wasnt that busy. Service was quick and efficient Took only 39mins and car was done. Well bec didnt have to had it washed thats one thing i guess. I Didnt received a video though. That would be nice if I can get one. Thats called Creating / Building Trust esp a first timer like me.

My first visit here. Andy gives excellent customer service. They had a really busy day and I was unable to get my vehicle to the dealership early enough to get service completed. He made it all happen and had my vehicle back to me at an early time. I recommended this dealership 10/10. Thank you to all for the amazing customer service.

Jd is wonderful, the car is always ready as promised and washed, the video of the service done is really nice.

I don’t care for the 3% fee if you pay with a credit card, which with BMW can be a hefty bill, luckily I’m able to pay cash.
I typically don’t do loaner but have in the past and don’t recall a gas charge.
This time I took the loaner my car ended up needing additional work which was fine and having the loaner worked out, they charge $7.50 a gallon for gas consumed, I recommend to pay attention at the gas gauge and bring it back at same level.
I don’t recall in the past being charged for gas.

Jose in service provided excellent care and met all our needs. My son’s tires are now correctly and safely aligned for his Z3. Grateful for the service and local availability in Gainesville of specialized equipment to do the job.

I brought my 2016 Z4 in for scheduled maintenance. My services advisor, David Hepler, was AWESOME. He really understands customer service and made me feel like a friend instead of just another appointment.

The service was performed quickly and accurately. The video inspection of my car before work was done was a nice touch. It let me see just what the technician was seeing. I trust the service technicians, but it's nice to see what they are seeing. I won't trust my BMW to be serviced by anyone else but David and the technicians at BMW of Gainesville.

Maintenance was done on my car. They changed the oil and filter as well as replacing an air intake module. Upon further inspection I needed tires. They replaced those as well. Service is exceptional at this dealer!

Always excellent and honest service from this dealership and Dave the service writer is the best! They treat me right when I come in, explain anything I have a question on and get the job done correctly the first time.
