Very poor customer service, my husband waited approximately 5 hours for a check service light diagnostic.
I started the process of buying a car online with Buck. He was helpful and very comunicative through texting and phone calls. After he found the car i was looking for, he invited me to come in and drive it. From the minute I walked in to the Gatorland Toyota I was treated with respect by Buck and all of his colleagues. They were all patient with me throughout the process and that helped to aleviate the stress that I typically feel when purchasing a car.

Terrible service. They tried to tuck me into buying this “premium maintenance plan” for “$20/mo. ” After several hours I was tired and accepted. When I got home I realized that things don’t add up, and it wasn’t $20/mo, it was a mark up of $3,000 that they pocket and that goes towards the full financed amount.
Don’t fall for their deceiving techniques, go somewhere else. Also their stock of vehicles is very poor and they want to charge that new “dealer fee” of $3,000 above MSRP.
I should have gone somewhere else honestly.
I brought my truck in for a gear oil leak and gatorland. Toyota said it was an axle seal and charged me 1k to replace a $5 dollar part got home and the next day it was leaking even more so I brought it back and now they are saying it was leaking from 2 bolts missing from my front axle so if that was the original problem why did this not get noticed the first time and assume it was a seal and charge me $1k. Consumers beware of these kinds of things that happen here at Gatorland Toyota. I'm very disappointed and will never trust them to work on my truck again and will never refer anyone to the dealership. I think Gatorland Toyota should refund all the money they charged me for replacing a gasket part that should have never been replaced because that wasn't the problem they just created more problems and ripped me off for 1k. "CONSUMERS BEWARE " I was told to contact the service director Jon Dansby, who I tried several times, and he never contacted me back at all. It's absolutely the worst service I've ever had from a Toyota dealership period. ALL CONSUMERS HAVE BEEN WARNED IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF LIKE I WAS GATORLAND WILL DO THAT FOR YOU. I HOPE MY MESSAGES AT LEAST SAVES THE NEXT PERSON FROM GETTING RIPPED OF AS WELL

It was pleasant. While waiting for my car, I appreciate that Toyota provides coffee and doughnuts. Of course aside from that Shad give me an opportunity what needs to be done next visit.
