Jimmy came out as the senior tech to troubleshoot the problems the tech had before, Jimmy found the issue pretty quickly and informed me of every step he took and was going to take. He then informed me of issues I was unaware of and told me the solutions. I highly recommend service experts, and Jimmy. They won’t do a job without your permission, and Jimmy nailed it with informing be performing and then performing and completing the job. Very happy with the outcome!

Came out and hooked up our thermostat to our phones, serviced our unit and explained how it worked. He was great.

Kyle P 636 Kyle showed up on a Sunday and was diligent in determining the issue as to why the air was not working. He explained the issues and steps he was taking to restore the air. We found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. Would love to have him as our technician on a regular basis.
Our serviceman Jimmy came out after 2 other techs couldn't solve the problem. Jimmy diagnosed and fixed the issue as well as explained everything

Excellent service and response time by both Jason the technician and Ronnie Quinonez. Seemed knowledgeable and repairs were made expeditiously.
Michael and Kyle were great. Took time to show me what they were doing and what should be done to get most out of our system.

Service Experts installed our home AC years ago and they continue a great job on semi-annual system checkups. Now they've added plumbing and installed a water heater. Everything went smooth
What a great company! Octavious came out and cleaned the coils, went through the book on maintenance! He takes extra time.but it's worth it to have that clean cool home we all enjoy! Thank you! The whole team their really is their to help you!
Mark and Kyle were both incredibly helpful; offered simple yet straightforward explanations on their processes, extremely efficient, and both held a genuine desire to help in any way they could. Much appreciated for all they did and all they offered to do.
