Derek was professional, friendly, & honest for my needed repairs. I’m new to the area & have found my regular auto repair shop:) highly recommend!

I took my car in just recently for an oil change, and while I was there I requested a quote to have the rear differential oil and the coolant flush done. They were quick to give me some numbers and weren't pushy at all to have it done.
I had all 3 services done while I waited, and they got it all done in a timely manner. They took care to not leave greasy hand prints all over the hood of the care, like I have experienced at other places, and I like the fact that they took the car for a little test drive to make sure all was good.
I really like the team at Service Masters and it's nice to have an honest and reliable mechanic to go to.

Replaced low beam on Mercedes Van. Made initial call to them, they said bring by after I got off work. Excellent service, fast repair, very fair cost. Highly recommend. They previously serviced my Malibu transmission. Exact same experience that’s why I returned to do business with them.

I brought my car in due to having so many dashboard lights on my console light up. They evaluated it - FOR FREE - and told me they could try to fix it by the end of the day. Since I had other commitments that day, I decided to leave with it as is. They said I should not have any major issue with is except for loss of speed - perhaps. They were polite, helpful and reassuring. I would definitely recommend them!

I took my mercedes benz to service masters for a noise in the front end they couldn't find what was the problem, however its the way the Pete treat it my no bs straight to the point, didn't charge me for inspecting my car and give me the best advised, its so hard to find garages that people still honest and not trying to rip you off, i want to thanks the entire staff at service master repair and letting you guys know from now on i will bring my vehicles to you and referred every friend and family member.

Professional and attentive. Will give suggestions on other maintenance items but won't push it, but let's you know what's needed for good maintenance.

Evaluated "check engine light" and discovered a problem they were unable to fix due to unavailability of parts, and explained, in plain language, my options and offered to notify me as soon as the parts became available. Very professional and efficient.

Brought in a few vehicles and they were able to get us right in everything was amazing from the diagnostic to the collection process I will definitely be going back here with all of my fleet vehicles Derek was absolutely amazing

I recently got my oil changed and got my transmission fluid changed out with Service Masters and they were so kind and understanding to my situation. You also can’t beat their prices! I drove 45 minutes for these services and they always make it worth it.

Staff very curteous & professional. Job completed when they said it would be. Have been there three times & will continue to use this business.

This visit was to replace my dead battery and it was done with ease as usual. Thank you Service Masters for another fast visit! Back on the road and haven’t missed a beat!

Great service. Honest mechanics. I recommend this place! If your engine light is on go straight there! They will check it for free, clean the codes if nothing has to be done, or give you the best and most competent advice you can get of what to do.

Torque all tire nuts.
I went in for free 10 min inspect brakes.
He found I had loose lugs on one wheel. He said 24.00 to torque all nuts. I Said yes do it. Then came back and said he made a mistake it's 34.00
Now I understand you havr to make money but i thought it was Excessive especially when you already qouted 24.00. And then I gave to kid a tip.
To be honest I think it would have went a long way if he would have said. You know what 20 buck and call it a day. I would have still tipped the kid. But more importantly if I needed something checked out ever again. They would have been my first thought.

I appreciate having a trusted auto repair shop. I go out of my way to use Service Masters. Service Masters has kept my old van with over 200k miles going strong and safe.

I can't say enough great things about this business. Top notch. Derek and the staff performed the most thorough vehicle inspection I've even seen. These guys are true professionals. Really took the time to do things right. They were able to identify problem areas that needed attention and made me feel comfortable in my decision to not purchase the vehicle.
