We hired Servpro to clean up after a major flood in a University dorm. Jose was our point of contact and was on scene quickly. He had a great team execute a professional clean up and restoration. This was a very unfortunate flood that was addressed by Servpro in a professional manner.

The Servpro services under the leadership of Brian Chao was superior and efficient service. Mr Chao is an excellent leader guiding the jobs and efforts of his team- he is firm and direct with his instructions. Keeping the team busy and focused. His team respects him and followed his instructions to the point. Mr. Chao has team leaders (both named Jesus), that support and manage the team to achieve the goals for the day. I had an excellent experience with ServPro and Brian Chao who is the Production manager was excellent. Since we are a business, we needed to get the help in on Friday nigh, Sat and Sun. They accommodated this. They were very respectful of the office and did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner.

Servpro of Naples / Marco Island so far has exceeded my expectations. Our condo had extensive water and mold damage due to a roof leak that we did not know about until the cabinets started falling off the wall in the kitchen. We could not pinpoint the source of the leak. I called Servpro and they came immediately. They came in and did an outstanding job with the demo and removal of moldy drywall and other damaged areas of the kitchen. They sealed off the rest of the condo, moved the furniture, every single thing was covered in air tight plastic so it would not get damaged during the clean up. When all was done there was not a piece of dust to be found and the condo was mold free. This team worked so hard on this disaster. They found the source of the leak! We would not have been able to rebuild until the source was found. We are working with Jack Frye, Kevin Price and Brian. They answer the phone as soon as you call, they respond via email immediately which nowadays is unheard of and the professionalism of the project managers and their team is ROCK STAR! Being 1300 miles away they all have been very accommodating with scheduling appointments with us and even coming back the next day on several occasions knowing we had to leave town before they started this project to make sure we had gone over everything needed. We have hired them from start to finish for this project.
I look forward to working with them on the restoration. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT HIRE they came into my apartment and broke my belongings and did not reimburse me for it or replace it with something of equal value. They took NO accountability and blamed me when their workers threw my stuff on the ground and broke it. Go else where
