I am giving you a 5 star rating because I can not attest to the quality of the work you do. But need to make you aware that one of your drivers ran a red-light last night coming off of 75 south onto SR 200 heading west. Tennessee plate Q4X1ZCD, the driver came off the ramp at an extremely high rate of speed running the red light, cutting me off to the point if I hadn't seen him in my peripheral vision, he would have taken off the front of my vehicle.
This occurred around 8: 30pm -12/30 2023. If I owned a business with company logo on the vehicle. I would want to know how that van was being driven. I wonder how much the insurance company would have raised your rates if the driver had hit my car - after running a red light.

Greg, Jacob and the team always do a great job. They are the the only ones to turn to from carpet cleaning to water and fire restoration.

Jacob and his crew were AMAZING! Our house flooded with 2' of water during Hurricane Idalia, they were there in no time and in less than 5 days they had everything cleaned up and dried out! There is no way were could have done what ServPro did, they were a lifesaver!

I am enclosing pictures so you can see how Greg and his team has left my kitchen for over a year and a half, and refused to come out and fix it. But he still wants to get paid!

Two young gentlemen cleaned out of our Ducts (Landon and Danny). They were very professional and offered to help us with anything we needed. They moved the furniture but put it all back in the same spot. We WILL have them come again.

My family and I moved to Ocala from Pa in October 2022. We decided to redo our entire kitchen and hired a contractor. During the demolition process, it was discovered that the entire back wall behind the dishwasher was infested with black mold. I immediately called Serv Pro and they were in my house in less than 3 hours. They fortified the kitchen in plastic and removed all of the mold so that our contractors could continue their work. I was charged a very fair and competitive price. Anthony Burnham sent a team over and they did an outstanding job in getting rid of the mold. Lynette made an already stressful situation even more hectic and difficult. What a shame, because the gentleman who came out to my home was very polite and helpful, but we ended up using a different company because of how incredibly rude Lynette was on the phone. She seems very unhappy with her job, and her attitude towards customers clearly reflects it.

I can not say enough great things about “Team Williams” at Servpro based out of Ocala. When Hurricane Ian’s storm surge entered our home in Naples Park, Florida on September 28th, 2022, my first call was to Servpro having heard their name for clean up after catastrophes but never having experienced one first hand made me anxious and petrified at the same time. No-one prepares you for the feelings that come from experiencing your home having almost 2/3 feet of water running through it and destroying the interior. Jacob Cox’s team, Team Williams from Ocala was assigned to our home. From the first introduction all the way through the whole house demo and clean up and drying process, Jacob was there- kind, so knowledgeable and efficient- he immediately took the fear of this out of the situation. He laid out exactly what was to occur and who would be part of the team assisting in each part of the process with willingness to always answer any question no matter what those were and within minutes of receiving them. Brad Simmons was assigned as our head of demo and with his team he completed a huge job of demoing a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a 1400! Square foot house with the taking 4” of walls out, drywall and insulation out in 2 days- all the while keeping in touch with me and supplying me all the photos and information I needed. Following Brad came Anthony Burnham to finish the job by drying and measuring moisture, setting up fans- dehumidifiers and providing me with all the information during that week of progression and photos to keep me informed. The job was just completed today and truly they are an A*** team. Do not hesitate to trust them with your home they truly provide customer service I have never experienced before during one of the most stressful times of my life. Thank you truly Team Williams for making me your biggest fan and supporter. There is no question they are outstanding on every level. Thank you all so for all you did
