Sette Mezzo Ristorante, Coconut Creek FL

We've only been to that restaurant once before. The food was a- okay- a bit on the oily side. But we decided to try it again anyway and maybe order something different.
But I have to say the second time around was very disappointing.it was very noisy, very busy, with people waiting for their tables standing by the door and around the tables with nowhere to go. The waiters were struggling to get through. We went out to sit by a table while waiting but were thrown out saying we cannot sit there that those tables were reserved. Really! Hardly anyone was outside. Why can't they put some chairs for their customers to wait outside during busy hours.
After half an hour of our reservations we decided it wasn't worth the wait and felt like we were treated as if waiting for free food!

Let's face it restaurants like that don't seem to respect the fact that you're going out to enjoy a nice evening and this whole hassle wasn't worth it at all.

Food is ok and service too but we ordered 4 old fashion that was not even a true old fashion and we got charged $76 plus tax and tip for it I can buy a bottle 1.75 for $60 this is it’s crazy. I don’t mind paying for good stuff but this is crazy. To bad cuz we will never come back here or Recomended

Went on Valentine’s Day. Service was good, however prices were high and very misleading. We ordered something that is on their typical menu and it was jacked up by $30. No discussion of this from the waiter. Food was okay but not worth the price unfortunately

Their brunch menu weren’t good, half of our party left because there was nothing they would like to eat. They don’t have a single salad or soup… Ordered their gelato tortubo as a desert and it came out as neopolitane ice cream which is completely different desert from what was pictured. Very disappointed

What a great experience we went on Valentine’s Day. It was crowded, but not packed. Food was excellent. The service was excellent Gustavo was our waiter. He was there every second on top of everything making sure we were happy Rita at the front. Not sure what her position is but from the first phone call I made there to leaving the place, She was excellent. The food was great. The restaurant is clean convenient parking I recommend it 100%.

This place was amazing. We had our holiday party and everything was just perfect. We had a pretty big party in the private party space and 2 waiters dedicated to us. The service was quick, attentive and done with warmth and caring. The food just kept coming and everything (served family style) was declicious. The price (even with alcohol) was reasonable as well. Highly recommended and this may become our annual party go-to.

Food is just bland overall. Chicken parm with pomodoro relatively bland. Most people at the table had the same complaint. It's nice inside though. I really like the butter that comes with the bread. I'd give 3 stars for just my own meal.

Absolutely delicious little Italian restaurant at mid-high range prices, dont sleep on the fish here, both the salmon and sea bass have been two of the best seafood dishes I've ever had. The grilled octopus with white beans and spinach is a strange but wonderful tasting appetizer. Bread is plentiful and the service is very friendly with fun Christmas shirts. Drinks are strong but a little high priced. My only complaint would be that when its busy it can get a bit loud and id suggest sitting outside if available. Also wish they had a menu or board with specials since its impossible to remember the 10 or so the waitress tells us. Can't wait to visit for a third time!

Loved the place. Our waitress Ms. Russo was excellent and so professional. She knew the menu and was great at explaining and giving recommendations. I had the steak pizzola and it was juicy and tender. Would definitely come back here.

I went to this restaurant with a friendladt night. After I ordered my food and the waitress brought everybody's meal, she said the chef took down my order incorrectly and it would just be a couple more minutes. 10 minutes later, my food comes out and the lobster is totally raw. I send it back and they cooked the same piece of lobster and give it back to me. When the check came she charged me over $40 for my meal. I asked if I could be compensated in some way because I was no longer hungry now that I have already waited over 25 minutes for my food. The owner was extremely rude to me and said they have the best Italian food in South Florida and he doesn't see why I should be compensated if my food came out 10 minutes late! I will never be returning. On top of the bad service, the food was mediocre at best.

My first time yesterday was fantastic! I'm an Italian food freak with some old-world Italy experience, and the Rigatoni Bolognese was outstanding. The outside experience is an oasis in the mall, with lovely barricades of greenery and flowers and nice lighting. My server Russo is a great Italian lady and we had a nice chat. It's very nice to find a very good REAL ristorante!

All they gave us was pleasant atmosphere, great food and excellent service. A friend told us about Sette Mezzo and we're always on the search for good restaurants.

Everything was wonderful, adukt beverages, food, service and ambiance. Hooe our new visit is as good.

Service was very good unfortunately the food fell very short. We were 8 guests and 5 of the meals had no taste. Bland and not at all enjoyable.

Extremely noisy inside forcing us to get a table outside.
We ordered a drink and a appetizer which was sub par.
What was worse than that was the service.
Extremely horrible.
We asked for the check and left.
Our first and for sure our last.

My absolute favorite restaurant! This is an amazing, authentic Italian restaurant. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is amazing! The prices are very good for the amount and quality of food you’re receiving. I have never been disappointed here!

Love this restaurant. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is beautiful. We ordered the pizza, lasagna, and Penne Vodka with shrimps. I loved every single bite. Highly recommend it and will be returning soon.

Consistently delicious food that reminds me of home cooking. We've tried different pasta dishes, chicken and seafood platters and never disappointed. Also love their ricotta cheese cake.my favorite!

Food is so good and staff is amazing. We had a party for mom in the private room! So accommodating and everyone loved the food.
