Very organized and professional. Dr Yi did a fine job putting back together a very complex fracture.

Dr Yi was terrific in diagnosing and solving my torn meniscus and arthritis problems. After being poorly diagnosed and handled by a previous doctor for 4 months, Dr Yi was forthright and gave me a clear scenario of what to expect surgically and post op. Highly recommend

The reception area people were very nice, However I did wait 45 after my appt. When I met the doctor, Dr. Yi, I was very satisfied. He is extremely friendly and very informative in explaining exactly what was needed in my surgery. I am very comfortable with having my surgery done by him. He was definitely the nicest, friendliest doctor I’ve ever seen. This office is wonderful in all aspects but needs to be a little more accurate in there appointments.

A patient of FOI for several years. 1st with Dr. Yi today. He was professional and provided a treatment plan to my satisfaction. He’s not much of a talker from my 1st encounter which I didn’t mind since I came for him to assess my symptoms and recommend a treatment.

The parking lot at Citrus park location is small so prepare to wait for a spot to open up.

I was taken care of quickly upon arrival. I was given personalized service and made to feel well cared for.

The medical staff there made me feel relaxed, yet concerned about my issues. The prompt attention and knowledgeable medical personnel will keep me returning for all my Orthopedic needs. Thank you Florida Orthopaedic Institute!

Dr Yi is very pleasant and answers all questions and works well with everyone I know that has him as a doctor. Wouldn't replace it for anyone else.

Rating of 3 as this was my first visit. Waited 50 minutes in the waiting room. Dr Yi seems very knowledgeable and very busy, as he looked like he was in a hurry. It didnt bother me as he answered all of my questions, but if I had to bring my parents to be seen, I think they would feel rushed. I am planning to come back!

Unfortunetly I had an appointment with Dr Yi but they switched me to Christian who is his PA I hate when they do that I always want to see a physian not his assistant but in this case Christian was outstanding

Office admin people were competent but seemed to have a tad of an anti customer energy. Passive/aggressive workaday BS. Nothing serious but off putting. You could see how it was traceable to one person among them. The physician came flying in like the white rabbit at mad tea party. His energy was spun up absurdly and he was noticeably and disagreeably rushed. His physical touch was frenzied and I was concerned he had too much coffee or possibly worse. He suggested that my injury could be left alone since I was “old” and maybe I didn’t really need my arm all that much anymore. I’m only 60. I did Muay Thai boxing for 5 years and only stopped two years ago because I moved somewhere remote. Not even officially a senior citizen to be suggesting I should just live with it until I’m dead. I’m very active. It’s how I got injured. The 10 minutes or so he gave me he laid out a treatment plan that was acceptable though he delivered that information while he gathered up his stuff and flew out the door. Surgeons may not have the best bedside manner since you’re just a piece of meat to them when it counts. Nice to hear I’m an old piece of meat ready for the trash bin too. I’m going forward with this guy on faith that he got where he is because he’s good at what he does and I don’t have time to waste either.

Update post surgery: The doctor and his support staff did an exemplary job during and after the procedure. He spent quality time with me and explained the prognosis carefully. He is by nature a high energy fellow and as it turns out this works for him and his patients. Strongly recommend.

Dr. Yi and his staff were wonderful. Everyone was kind, courteous, and compassionate. I have been seeing Dr, Yi on a limited basis for 5 years, and would never consider using any other physician!

This is a very well run organization and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Yi was very kind and took great care of my knee, offering up several options. Including a short term and long term solution. My knee was drained had a cortisone shot along with X-rays and everything completed in less than an hour.

Dr. Yi was helpful with current complaint and was able to evaluate another chronic issue and send in orders for imaging and a referral. Would recommend for any hip issues.

Staff are all very helpful. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Yi and his PA answered all of my questions and helped me figure out how to best live with and take care of my situation.
