The customer service was also excellent. We had a miscommunication about a service and everything was rectified.

A friend of mine, who was a producer for some of the top bands in my lifetime, recommended that I take my two vintage guitars, that I’ve had for years, to Seven C Music for new strings and setup. When I got them back I was blown away. These guitars never played so good. The sound and sustain was amazing and the overall feel and playability was incredible. Wow! They really did an amazing job. I brought in two rather rare instruments, a spanish vintage luthier made guitar and a vintage hand-craved Cuatro from Puerto Rico. I needed repairs on both. The guitar had a bit of the bridge coming off and needed to be reglued. The Cuatro is made of one solid piece of oak and had a knot that had been expanding and had me worried a bit. I brought in one instrument first and then the other a few days later. I was a bit hesitant at first since I didn't know what to expect. After reviewing the instruments with me they gave me an idea of what they were going to do. I was happy with the plan and the estimate. After about a week or so I received a text with a notice that both my instruments were ready! Definitely a great feeling but still not sure what to expect. To my surprise, they totally nailed it! You can barely notice a repair at all! Very happy and recommend them for sure! I even brought in my vintage Spanish laúd and they checked it out to make sure the pickup was working and although very poorly, it was. I'm definitely bringing my instruments back if needed. If you are thinking about giving them a try, I'd say definitely do it.

Really great music shop. I brought my Taylor acoustic in for a set up, they quickly diagnosed it needed a neck re-set and included that with the set up. I figured I would come back in a week or two to get the guitar and they had it ready two days later!
Very cool space with beautiful instruments hanging all around. Performance space and a coffee bar too. Had a great iced latte when I went in to pick up my guitar. I'm looking forward to going back and catching a concert here!

Been coming here for years with any minor issues that my guitars have had and I couldn't ask for anything more in a guitar shop! Everyone's always been super polite and knowledgeable, and the services done to my guitars have always exceeded my expectations. Can't recommend this lovely shop enough!

Brought my acoustic guitars to be worked on. Amanda greeted us and they went to work. As we waited we had a cup of coffee at the coffee bar. Nothing disappointing about this place. The work on my guitars was top notch. The barista makes a great cup of coffee. Totally will tell everyone I can about this guitar shop with a killer coffee bar inside.

Very vibey store and unwelcoming. No one really ever spoke to us. We came to spend money but decided to take our business elsewhere. They had a lot of nice stuff but no one ever asked if we wanted to play something. By the way, I think this may be my first review.

Great shop, owner has literally trained Taylors techs. Went in took the time to explain grounds to me, learned something new and fixed my Jack for free. Got a set up and it plays great. They got it done super fast. Great shop.

What a find! Expert craftsmanship, good vibe, highly recommended. Put k&k pickups in my Weber mandolin and Ibanez guitar. I can't believe how good they sound straight into the board, no preamp or anything, just a direct box. This is my go to place in Florida from now on.

Such a cool shop! If you need anything guitar they have it! From high end to reasonable, ukuleles too! They do concerts & also have a coffee bar & an alcoholic bar as well. Great atmosphere! Highly recommend!
