If I could give them a no star I would. Sonja the manager is horrible. They don't care about you at all. Dont rent here
Mold in the walls. My child and I got very sick here. 4 1 /2 long Yeats. They will raise your rent all the time, charge you for every little thing they can come up with. People get sick after going swimming. High crime. Look all info about this place. Look on the news channels reg. Shootings and mold.

Wonderful place to live very safe good people running the office and maintenance programs very happy and thankful for my home God bless all

Very handicap unfriendly! If you're disabled don't move here! I have SERVICE DOGS and severe spinal injuries! The threatening and handicap discrimination and bullying needs to be held accountable for!
After posting this they've upped their attacks on me and there seems to be no end.

I personally think that seven palms is a great place to live at of course it has its pros and cons but all apartments usually have the same general issues but overall I enjoy living in seven palms. The staff are very friendly and supportive of helping people out and the people in the community are very family oriented and friendly as well so I recommend that if you’re interested in finding a great community and that’s very helpful and friendly contact the property manager, and staff.

I have not had any problems, and have been able to enjoy living here. The complex is maintained very nice, giving me a place to be proud to live at.
