17Outstanding customer service. The service representative communicated very well on the progress of my repairs.
These guys are the BEST! My wife and I were on the road with our 39' Georgetown Motor Home and my onboard Onan 7000 Generator would not crank. I made a phone call to Seville and talked with Ryan who advised me to have my rig at their location in Pensacola by 8am the next morning. Ryan's crew immediately performed a diagnostic on the generator and discovered that the fuel pump had gone out and he began to call around for a unit close to his location. While the closest one he could find was an hour away, my wife and I drove to the location and picked up the fuel pump and returned to Seville. While we were on the road to pick up the fuel pump, our expert technician, Mark, had removed the fuel pump and also discovered a faulty fuel filter which he replaced as well as a clogged carburetor, which he cleaned thoroughly. An hour or so after we arrived back at Seville with the fuel pump, we were back on the road home to Louisiana. My wife and I had a great experience with the professionalism and workmanship displayed by the entire crew at Seville. We certainly advise our motor home friends to consider Seville for any of your generator issues when near their location. Thanks Ryan, Mark and the entire team at Seville

I dropped my push lawnmower off seven weeks ago, because it wouldn’t start. I figured it needed a spark plug and a blade. They never once called me. I called them to check on it 3 times. The last time was last week. They agreed 6 weeks was overly long to have my lawnmower and not look at it or at the very least call me. I’m a very busy person, I don’t have time to call a business to make sure they’re doing their job. Also, I was out of town for 2 weeks.today I go there to pick it up because again after my call last week they still don’t call me. Low and behold they have a written estimate for me now! Wow, after 7 weeks! Way to go! I wonder how long it would take for them to actually fix it. Another 7 weeks? I said no, too late now. Load it in my truck. What awful customer service. Who the hell owns this place? How do they stay in business? Do Not Take Your business here. Also, on their website and their phone message they say they open at 7 am. I went there at 7 am. They don’t open until 8. They can’t even get that correct! WTH!
Seville Power was very helpful. I could not figure out how to add more line to my Craftsman Weedwacker. Ryan looked up the manual, added the line for me, and printed the directions. I will definitely go back.
We got our weed eater string stuck and couldn't even get the cap off. We went to Seville Power & Equipment and Don looked at it right away. After he fixed it he didn't even charge us! Its amazing to find this customer service these.
Great staff, great ownership, great service, and great inventory! Purchased our whole house generator and lawn mower there. This local family owned business is a refreshing departure from the big box stores.

Looked for a chainsaw bar for my CS440 two days ago. Called tool shack and Ace Hardware. They quoted $48 & $63 but they had to order the bar. I called Seville Power Equipment and they said they had one. I went there and to my surprise they sold it to me for $39 tax included. Great company and a group of guy's!

I cant say enough good things about this team. After taking my rv generator to 2 different shops this team got the job done right. There customer service skills are a 10. Thay schooled me on generators. I now have enough info to be dangerous to other shops. In fact while waiting for my unit a previous shop called and tried to charge me $267 bucks for a miss diagnose because thay got the part in and I was not returning. Bam I set them straight thanks to the knowledge this team gave me. It's rare for a female to get this kind of respect in any shop. Prices are fair. Thay worked with my RV insurance Thanks so much guys.
A mower belonging to the widow of my recently deceased neighbor would not start so I took it to Seville for a service quote. I was told at that time I would be given a quote BEFORE repairs were dome. After hearing nothing from them for nearly 2 weeks I called them and they had not gotten to it yet. After 3 weeks and not hearing anything back, I called again and asked if they worked up an estimate. I was told they already worked on it and fixed it (cleaned the carb and drained the gas tank) and it would cost me $165.00. When I told them that I was not notified of the cost and did not authorize the repair, the employee told me they would not know what was wrong with it until they fixed it. So Seville made the repairs without my authorization and then did not even notify me when those unauthorized repairs were completed.
After completing this review, the owner of Seville Power Equipment called me and berated me over the phone for leaving an unfavorable review. He called me "entitled" and wanted to know what I did for a living, repeatedly interrupted me when I attempted to respond to him, and told me he did not want to hear anything I had to say. He told me to come pick up my mower and said he would never do business with me again.

Disappointed in the way that they conduct them selves as employees. Had an orange dodge work truck cut myself and others off on the road. You can tell they don’t carry themselves in the best way possible.
The team over at Seville Power Equipment is absolutely outstanding! They communicated through the entire process and ensured that if any issues arose, that they handled them quickly. My Briggs and Stratton whole home generator provides power for my entire home and is small and quiet compared to other brands that I've seen. I can't recommend these guys enough!
