Very professional place. I’ve taken several items to have altered and they are good at what they do. The one time they altered and it still wasn’t to my liking they fixed it free of charge. Prices are reasonable and they have a quick turn around time. Will continue to bring my clothes here!

I will never use these people again. The communication aspect is terrible. I dropped off a pair of pants for some alterations was told I could pick them up on the 7th, them for me that the person who could repair them was out of town and needed till the 9th. I returned on the 9th to find out the pants for it done yet my clothes of business I was told to be ready the next. I went in at 10: 00 a.m. When they open to pick up my pants they were still not ready and was told they'd be ready by the end of business that, because of her engagement I couldn't make it an afternoon but returned the next morning my parents were still not ready. At any time they could have gave me a simple phone call to say hey these aren't ready but they had me drive up three separate times pants that weren't ready after telling me they would be. A simple phone call would have been nice to save myself the gas, offer to knock $10 off the bill but after driving up there on three separate occasions and leaving empty-handed three separate times at over $4 a gallon it just ain't worth a another trip back for anything else.

Paid in advance for my dress to be altered. Was told my dress would be ready on a certain day and it was not ready. If you're on a time crunch don't go here.

I have to say they were extremely easy to work with the lady even stayed open late for me to drop off my jacket I had a big sew on patches done they had it ready the very next morning impeccable craftsmanship they seem very reliable and detailed in their work I will be back for all my tailoring needs

I came into Sewbox to see what they can do about my gown being too loose on my waist and I was a little worried about having it altered because it’s such a particular gown and shape. Juliana helped right away and knew exactly what needed to be altered without changing the integrity of the dress and keeping the beautiful straps and deep V of the back the same. She made me feel confident in their work and as soon as I put it on, it fit like a glove and it hugs me perfectly. I am so happy with it and how personable the owners were and how efficient the dress was altered!
