This store is wonderful. The service is great, they know their machines. Another store told me that my Ruby could not be fixed and it was too old, the part was on backorder, then the part was unavailable. Wendy was able to pinpoint the problem over the phone. I brought it in, the part was ordered and it works beautifully.

A true gem. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is a true experience to just walk in. You can tell the owner has put her heart and soul into this business. She is extremely knowledgable about everything she sells. She never makes me you feel pressured into getting anything and just wants you to enjoy your passion of sewing. I have shopped here and taken a class. She provided and very comfortable and fun atmosphere, it honestly felt like I was just hanging with friends and making things. I am so excited to return for more classes and to add to my sewing collection. Amazing!

We came to the sewing boutique after feeling scammed by our local shop on the east coast. Other dealers attempted to upsell us to very expensive quilting machines when our needs were for a dual feed without many features. We were treated very honestly and sold a Pfaff Select 4.2 which was well under our budget but a perfect fit for our needs.

This place has impeccable customer service and we felt like our satisfaction was put ahead of the profit of an unnecessary upsell. It’s rare to see this type of honesty and integrity these days. We live 3 hours away but will absolutely be back in the future.

This is a gem of a store. I was so happy to come across it. It’s hard to find a place that gives sewing classes. The owner is very nice. Their fabrics are high quality, gorgeous, and affordable. It was a magnificent experience.

Love Sewing Boutique! Purchased my Epic 1 and Hoop Frame from Wendy. Steve did an awesome job repairing and servicing my Epic1. I sew every day so having my machine in top working order is important to me. Thank you Steve for an awesome job.

Was disappointed in service. Sewing machine had a knock in it after break in power. Was told it wouldn’t be as quiet as one of the new machines they had for sale. Agreed to them servicing it. When I got it back, same knock in it.
I took it apart, oiled it, cleaned under bobbin case, and it’s running quiet like it had before. Makes me wonder what I spent $170. For them to do? !

You call during business hours and NO one answers. Sound business practice. Recorded message saying to leave message and they will call you back. Wrong. No call back. Left phone number twice. Why bother? ! Rather support chain stores. They answer phone questions. Hobby Lobby is close, so is JoAnn's. Spoonflower is the best online.
