Seychelles Beach Resort by Vacasa, Panama City FL

Our condo in particular was outdated, which doesn’t matter very much - just notable that it could use a major update as far as decor - and the beds were honestly very uncomfortable, but as far as layout goes it was fantastic. It being directly on the beach was such a plus. We would come again but we did have to purchase mattress toppers to be able to sleep.

I would absolutely love to give 5 stars on all categories, but I can only give 3 stars for the bedroom because of the bed. It is very uncomfortable and needs replaced. Not only is the mattress itself uncomfortable, but the boards underneath the bed were broken. Other than that, you cannot go wrong with Room 0505. It's perfect!

Secure, well maintained facility. Very responsive customer service. Elevators (3) working very smoothly. My condo was very clean and very well stocked. Very tastefully decorated. The master bedroom mattress needs to be rotated and flipped.
Very quiet, pool area very clean. Would definitely come here again!

Spent 2 nights there in April. Great apartment Lovingly furnished and very clean.
We can highly recommend.

Great location! Room is perfect, condo building itself is very efficient. Next to schooners. If you want a spot by the water go set chairs out early in peak summer time. Two pools, two hot tubs.

My aunt rented a large room for our girls beach trip. When we arrived the AC was out and they didn’t send anyone until the next day. The next day they finally fixed it and when we got back from dinner it was out again. They once again didn’t send anyone until the next day. Finally they fixed it on the last night we were there but by then it felt pointless. Also we were right by the pool and there were people out at all hours being loud etc.definitely won’t be using them again.

Just a few feet to the beach, great that beach chairs were included with my room. Where the Location of the hotel is there is hardly no traffic. Only 5 or 6 minutes away from activities or other restaurants.

This is our 2nd time staying at Seychelles (Vacasa). We got the 2 bedroom one and enjoy having the bedroom right off the patio and ocean. Enjoy the more quiet atmosphere and less busy resort. Just a few issues, few light bulbs out, 1 elevator wasn’t working, other than that, condo 1005 was very nice!

This year (2023) we stayed in 1305. The condo wasn’t very clean at all, the vent under the thermostat had dust caked to it. There were holes in walls, floorboards were gross. Bed was not comfortable at all.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, first when we got to the hotel we couldn’t even go in because the owner had too in stall a refrigerator and he was very creepy one night when my ant and her kids were going into the room he followed them into the room with out them knowing to ask if it was working and the door locks did not work, and there was a vape in the couch that was use, there was holes in the ceiling and walls. And we found a cockroach in the hotel, and it had no ice. We had to buy ice, six dollars a bag. There is no toilet paper it ran all night. Strangers came into our room while kids were in the room to install the refrigerator. Burnt out lightbulbs. Send in the room cannot check in until eight

My favorite place to stay in PCB! Short boardwalk to the beach and food right next door. No need for leaving unless you want to!

Two things, couldn't get much service concerning television remotes, and the bed in the bed room was totally unexceptionable. The bed don't even fit the frame.

Condo 1703 is perfect! Three years in row we have rented this condo because of the views from the balcony to include wonderful sunrises & sunsets, dolphins, manta rays, & beachfront over the water.
Condo is immaculate & has everything you could need for a week. Easy & smooth process to rent. Owner even checks in to see how things are going. Trust me, rent condo 1703! You’ll love it!

Stayed with friends thru a vrbo rental. The unit advertised as a 2 br/2 ba, but BR #2 was quite small, no closet, barely enough room to squeeze around the queen bed. Only suitable for 4 people. Furnishings were nice, view was lovely.

Really nice place to stay. Room was super clean and there are plenty of sheets, pillows and blankets. Bunks for kids or extra guests as well. We will be staying here again. The view from the 14th floor is spectacular. Private beach access as well. The price was not bad either. The only issue we found was this lamp light bulb is broken off in the socket. Not a big deal though. There is also a bar right next to the building as well. There are elevators and a covered parking garage as well. A really convenient place to stay to say the least.

In Room 2001there were stains everywhere the bottom of the top bunk bed looked like it was mauled by a bear, there was an uncomfortable amount of wide open room there for zero reason. Dents in the wall but that’s not their fault.the thing that ticked me off the most is that thaw room we saw online was not the room we saw when we walked in.
