Despite the negative reviews here, I recommend coming here. I had a confusing situation and the lady gave me the right forms and guided me on what to do. There was a line but it wasn't too long.

Utterly incompetent. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. When I visited in person, Tracy gave me advice that was the complete opposite of what I later learned was the correct course of action to get my aid in order. If you have state aid, don't bother with UF SFA unless you absolutely can't avoid it, go to the Florida Department of Education instead.

Update: 6 weeks ago, they said my aid would be disbursed in a week to two weeks. Refused to give me anything in writing. Actually lied to my face about having my grant when I confirmed the money was transferred to them.
