Just installed my new shad sh35 side luggage on my honda vfr1200x.all I can say is what a great product, perfect fit, easy to install, look and work great, thank you shad. Your the best.

The shad 3p mount system is very nice and streamlined. I have the sh23 for daily and the sh36 for longer trips. It rugged and they are easy to work with. I order the mount for a z650, but was surprised by my husband with a z900 shortly after receiving my order. Carlos helped me out and exchanged my mount for the z900. He was also quick to respond to any email I sent. Will buy shad for any bike I own as long as they have a compatible system.

Added a SH58X Top Case to my 2021 F3T and I love it. It fits my modular helmet and my heavy riding jacket together very well. This top box is very well made and is easy to install. Shad USA Co.has top notch customer service also! Thank you to Carlos and Michael for their wonderful customer service. I have recommended this top box to all my MC friends!

This company has awesome customer service. Carlos was extremely helpful. We communicated via Txt. He was very prompt to return my text messages. At the beginning Carlo told me the SH50 wasn’t available and ask if I would accept an SH48. I agreed. The shipping was fast and installation was easy. Only problem was I didn’t like the SH48. It was purely aesthetic. Carlos worked with me to return it and he shipped the SH50. Love it. Thanks Carlos!

I emailed asking questions about mounting a rear case and also also asked questions regarding functionality. Carlos responded promptly and thoroughly explained the mounting process and quick release function of the case. It is hard to find such outstanding Customer Service these days so I now know I made the right choice going with SHAD Products!

I received my cases today still waiting on the brackets but those are coming from the factory. I was leary of ordering from Shad US as I saw a few bad reviews online. However Carlos and Michael really went out of their way to make my experience amazing. I really appreciate it, even in the face of supply challenges these guys were able to create solutions rather than just having an apology (which would have been a perfectly normal response). Quality is top notch in these cases too.

The SHAD USA team had a booth at the BMW MOA National Rally. There was a young lad manning the booth with his dad. He was pretty knowledgeable about the products and was enthusiastic about demonstrating them and answering all of my questions. I had my eye on a 48 liter top case, and decided to bring my bike over to the booth to see how it would look on my bike. When I placed my order, both Juan the Sales Manager and Carlos the Sales Executive stepped in to make sure that all of the things I wanted, i.e. Liner, color cover, fitment parts, would be correctly ordered. Follow-up and shipping after the rally was great, as Carlos sent updates and shipping tracking information. Everything arrived in perfect condition and fit perfectly.

I would highly recommend the SHAD U SA team and their products.

Great customer service! I had an issue where my order arrived and there was a giant whole in the box, and the part I ordered was missing. I notified customer service and they surprisingly responded within 24 hours (on July 3rd which is why I was surprised). Carlos took care of my issue and once the part was shipped I received it the next day. I would order direct from this company again.

Carlos Restrepo from Shade USA has made my purchase decision and after sale service exceptional. I met him and Shade USA at the BMW National rally in Doswell, VA in June. They promised delivery before July 7 and they came through. Great product and great service.

I highly recommend Shad product as their quality of product and customer service is at highest level. Mr Carlos Restrepo has been very professional from the beginning of sales to the end and his technical knowledge and dedication to customers are something I have never experienced before. When I had a question he went out of the way to conduct research from customer's perspective and it really allowed me to have trust on Shad products. I highly recommend that Mr Restrepo to be at higher position where you could mentor and teach others to be like him. Thank you Shad USA for having Mr. Restrepo. I usually don't put much in reviews. But this time, I cant resist. This company is sure going heights mainly because of its great Customer Service. A big shout out to Michael and Carlos. They are simply awesome.
When I was checking the Shad Saddles, I was in a confusion whether those mounting kit, will fit with my aftermarket foot pegs. But they reach out to me and after a couple of chat with Michael, he sent me a free mounting kit to check it out.

After successful testing, I ordered the saddles. But the UPS delivery was too slow and it passed my riding dates. I was totally unhappy and I raised that concern with Michael.
He immediately changed the shipping to USPS and made it as priority mail on the same day. That really helped and I am truly thankful for that.
Carlos made my billing done smoother, quicker and gave a good discount as well. Thanks Carlos.
Michael was prompt on replying emails even I bugged him after business hours as well. But he never failed to reply on time.
This is how a customer service for a company should be and they are a real asset to the company for sure.
The Saddles looks awesome in my Motorcycle (picture attached) It is really a big addon to my long rides and its serves the purpose really well.

When I ordered my SH48 they were out of stock and went back and forth and settled on the SH47 which was just slightly smaller, in stock and a bit cheaper. When I was emailing them about the SH36, which were out of stock, they made sure I ordered the correct lock hardware along with the 3P mounting system for my bike. Bags came about a week and half after the mounting hardware and locks did. Was a little tricky at first flipping out the locks in all three, but was possibly me not paying attention to the video they provided to flip out the locks so all three match one key.

I have a lot of storage on my bike now that Honda does not compare to with OEM bags that are much smaller plus no top case.
