This location is great. Food is speedy, and staff is super friendly. Jerry was cleaning off the tables and keeping the restaurant clean as if it were his home.

The music is too loud, but when you get a burger craving this is the place to get good ingredients.

This locale no longer has an employee to take your order. You place your own order and pay. Taking away another job from someone is shameful! Do better Shake Shack. So many people need employment.

We are regular customers to Shake Skack in locations in Florida and none of the location thank you before we had any issues with the food.
However for this location specifically the cheeseburger was a fail. Not only my order but also for the group who was with me!
Never recommend this place!
Also The bathroom lack to toilet paper and toilet tissue cover seat!
I am not going to that location again!

I used to love this shake shack, but the new self services ordering system put in place to replace a person and save them money is horrible. It’s difficult to operate and not worth it. Lost my business over this. Sad. I won’t be back.

I bought today at 7: 44 pm for take out, 2 burguers and 2 French fries, 1 plain and 1 with cheese and bacon. The 2 simple ones came!
What a disappointment when I arrived at my hotel!

Incredibly long wait for dine in, food was cold, server toss the tray on our table and left before we could even ask about our meal and issues. Please contact me. This was unacceptable.

My burger was the size of a jimmy Dean sausage patty! Too pricey for such a small portion. Fries are good. Shake is average, as well as the burger!

Jared and the manager constantly made sure to check on us and that we’re were doing okay. Love this place.

EVERY item of food was hot and fresh. I frequent fast casual burger restaurants (unfortunately I have to settle for Burgerfi because there is no Shack close to me) and it’s rare to receive all food items still piping hot. Even the Boca Raton Shack sometimes misses the mark -last time I was there they skimped on the string onions and didn’t give me the truffle sauce that was supposed to come with my fries. Yesterday was my first time at the Ft. Lauderdale Shack and I met the operations manager and she must be doing something right for all the food to be so nice and hot and full of toppings. The only hiccup was that my nuggets only had 9 pieces (not 10) and she quickly rectified the situation (sorry I don’t remember her name). Also, this location is all glass windows facing west, the whole restaurant is a solarium. I avoid direct sunlight and if the one corner table had been taken I would have had to eat in my car. I suggest getting some shades!

I know some might say Shake Shack is a little expensive but you’re paying for humane, antibiotic-free beef and other high quality ingredients. Totally worth it in my book. You can absolutely taste the quality.

Good hamburgers and thick crunchy fries.
They have pet friendly outside seating and a doggie station where you can tie up your dog while you order your food. It’s right in front of the glass doors so you can still monitor them as you order.
