7This is a great place for quick and high quality food. Fast service, clean restaurant, and good food. The strawberry shake is really good. Plus, it's located in a super fun area of ICON Park Orlando. Check them out!
All 5 of these stars are specifically for one person, otherwise I'd give 1. I ordered a to go and when I arrived my drinks were ready, took them to my car and just assumed the food was a little behind. Around 20 minutes after my food should've been ready according to the app and 4 other to Go's had gone out I asked a girl if maybe someone had taken my food, she said "you're probably next". Another 20 minutes and multiple more to go's later I ask a guy who I'd seen helping clean, getting refills and delivering food in the lobby what was going on. He immediately went to the kitchen and helped to get my order made and finally given to me and checked on me while I waited. I wish I had gotten his name but he was working Sat night around 11 Sept 9th and was great. Employees like that are what every company needs, otherwise I probably would've just tried to get a refund and went elsewhere.

Paid at cashier and was told to "wait for a minute" 3 times and waited for over 20 minutes and wasn't given a receipt
We went to Icon Park specifically to eat at Shake Shack as it was the closest location to Universal Studios. Service was great here. Food was amazing as usual. The cookies and cream shake was really good.
The burgers are super tasty, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is clean.
Extremely attentive waiting staff ensured that our experience was fantastic from the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left. Constant checking to ensure we were completely prepared and enjoying our meal. Excellent front of house staff always ensuring the entire restaurant was beautiful and beyond presentable for each new customer.
Incredibly tasty food - it gives us Canadians hope to have the Toronto location coming to us soon!
This is going to become a quick favourite for future visits for sure
