Shake Shack Winter Park

The burger tasted horrible and the inside looked raw as in if it was halfway done. Only gave 2 stars because the fries were ok.

Delicious! Wonder why they are so famous and finally get to try! They are absolutely delicious! I wish they still have the truffle burger so I can try next time. Definitely better than In-n-Out! Will be back!

Food is always on point. The staff is hit or miss but mostly friendly. Manager is nice and helpful. We come here often because my 3 year old loves the burgers. But so do I lol.

Waited 30 minutes for a to go order, buzzer didn’t even go off, why do you hand buzzers to people when they don’t even work!

Great location by the lake, with indoor and outdoor dining. By far my favorite QSR for best burgers. Downsides? No self-serve fountain drinks are kind of a bummer, and the staff is not the most friendly here. Of course the conundrum with Shake Shack is what fries to pick - they're not the best plain, but sometimes you just want plain fries. Restaurant is clean and well organized.

Fantastic fast grilled to order burgers, beautiful lakeside ambiance, even beer and wine, the only disappointment was the frozen fries, they just shouldnt bother

So first time here.this was the experience
Ambiance was.empty.pretty much the only person in the place.except one other girl.
Food was good, tasty, although real cheese on the fries instead of squeezy cheese would be nice.at least that’s what I’m guessing it was?
I dropped two stars for value.
$8.89 for a cheese burger - tasty but not large by any stretch.
$5.59 for a small chocolate shake!
$4.19 for fries is ridiculous.
Total bill was 0.12 less than $20 for a burger shake and fries.was it good, yeah but not twice as good as say, steak and shake.
Bring the cost down and I’d be a regular.

Great burgers they taste so fresh and delicious everything was up to expectations when it comes to food, but I was a bit disappointed with the hygiene of the place crumbs and not clean tables.

The address is incorrect please fix it had to call another location and a nice gentleman guided me to the correct location. Address is not 119 N Orlando Ave it’s 109 N Orlando Ave. Drove around 30 min and no one pickup the phone at the location I was trying to find.

What I remember of this shake shack is of the atmosphere. It was very nice looking inside and the outside area was overlooking a lake. So both the inside and outside were nice in early October. Not sweltering hot so either location was good to sit in. But I got the shake shake instead of the smoke shack. This sandwich doesn't have the mushrooms with the gluten sauce on them. The peppers were great on this sandwich. Anyway I enjoyed this burger and steak hotdog. I do recommend

So confused. Gps location takes you to maitland but my food was in winter park — this address is supposed to lead to the shake shack next to Trader Joe’s. Please update this business’s location. It seems both locations have identical addresses and building numbers but are in neighboring cities.

Fantastic customer service experience, the knock of the two stars comes down to the lack of value. Though the quality is always excellent, and keeps me coming back for more, but a double cheese burger, fries & a small drink being 20 bucks? Doesn’t feel good.

The service is quick and the staff is kind. But the main selling point of this spot is the location. We love sitting on the back patio and looking out at the lake. It's beautiful back there with lots of landscaping, ponds, sucks and seating.

Really good burgers and shakes. If going at peak hours expect to have trouble finding parking. Other than that the only drawback of this place is the lack of variety but what they do, they do very well

Shake shack is one of the best burgers I’ve tried. However, this particular branch lacks sanitation whether its the cooks or the general sanitation of the seats, trash cans, floors, and restrooms.
What worsened my experience the most is that I found a HAIR in my burger!

Burgers dont disappoint, but they certainly do not wow either. Had to clean our own table.wasnt busy enough to warrant giving them the benefit of the doubt as to why it had not been sanitized/cleaned.

The Burgers bring A Big WoWWW to my mouth and my kids loved their food as well. Highly Recommended.and the Employees Are Lit!

We’ve ate here several times. Excellent food and service.

The bonus is being able to eat outside right by Lake Killarney
