It's a good place has great things and great pools and stuff I like going to the pool a lot the pool is very fun can meet a lot of friends a lot I'm at a friend her name is Sarah she's eight and I'm 9 so I'm older so it's like a good place y'all other guy said come and if y'all hate her don't come because if y'all haters you're not allowed

Their customer service is impeccable. Donna provides us with an “welcome to your home” individual service which makes everyone feel great. She is definitely an asset to the Shamrock.

I have been living here since 2019 and when Mrs. Donna took over we immediately noticed the changes. The property is cleaner, staff is more attentive and she really appreciates her tenants. Any issues that we have with our apartment she has it fixed right away. Mrs. Donna does not pretend to care she DOES care for her tenants. She treats us like family and not just an asset. She is truly a blessing to so many people in our community. I have nothing but great things to say about her. Thank you again Mrs. Donna for helping my family! I will never forget your acts of kindness in this stressful climate.

As a long time resident here at “The Shamrock! ” I have to say that the changes happening around here are fantastic! The managers here came and went with little improvement but.when Donna W.took over, the improvements and atention to details on the property have been awesome! She has really made incredible improvements here! I just want to say “Job well done! ”

LOVE the updates that have been going on! Office, staff, outside buildings, etc. Great property! Keep up the good work! I have looked at this property twice now, about 2 years ago and more recently, such a tremendous difference, not only in the property but the difference in the atmosphere is AMAZING! It didn't work out this time but maybe one day.

I have stayed in many apartments all over the USA. This one here is by far the best. If she would have let me just rent for Vacations only each year I’d keep coming back. Unfortunately I had to move out of state to care for family. When I get asked where to rent in this area I hands down recommend this place. Donna is out there picking up trash in the parking lot herself and also checks on people to make sure all is well. When there is an issue she addresses it immediately. The prices are the way they are because it’s high quality stuff. People need to remember you get what you pay for and here you are paying for high quality and excellent customer service so you get the best of both worlds.

I have been a resident at Shamrock for 8.5 years. I’ve seen 7 property managers since I moved in. However, we have never had a property manager like Donna. She is hands down the BEST property manager. Donna has done more for this place in 3 months than all the other managers combined. She’s active in the community - you always see her walking around making sure everything is correctly done. This place was TRASH! Then Lloyd Jones LLC brought Donna in, I’m beyond thankful. She has turned this place around! Donna you are amazing, kind-hearted, down to earth, approachable, and simply a nice human being.

The team at Shamrock of Sunrise have been an absolute pleasure to work with! As a Supplier Partner to the community, the team are beyond helpful, attentive and engaging, and we are beyond thankful for our relationship!

We have needed Donna for a long time! Although she is new, she is AMAZING! Making the dead beats move out and getting this place to the home I love. Thank you Ms. Donna, you are the best!

DONNA is an amazing addition to the management team here in Shamrock. I have lived her for about 4 years and she is the best property managers I have seen since Karina. She cares for the community with so much passion am yet to see from previous property managers. She take initiatives with every problem and solves every one on a timely manner. She truly is amazing and property looks very clean ever since she took over management.

If you're looking for a place where the staff cares about their residents, then Shamrock of Sunrise should be your next home! The property manager, Donna, is great to work with and cares about her residents. The units and the property is beautiful.

Although I don't agree with the rent being so high. I must say the new manager Donna gets things done! I see her out in the community talking with people and even cleaning up. She tries to keep everyone happy and I appreciate that.

I had a great experience visiting shamrock at sunrise. The property manager was amazing and very helper helpful. She was able to show me a lot of units and the property was great. She explained the internet and tv services. And showed me a few units. I'm very interested in the location. Thanks again Donna for the information. You're amazing.

I have been living here at Shamrock of Sunrise for 2yrs now and things have not really got done around here despite having 2 managers. However someone needs to get Ms Donna Wilkenfeld a cape or change her name to "Get It Done Donna". Since Donna has been here she has been getting things done I already see a difference in the community since she's been here. Great response and communication time when it comes to issues, very professional and human at the same time (meani ing Donna doesn't manage the building like a robot and uses discretion and understanding) and is willing to help anyone in need. I'm ecstatic to have Donna here especially having work with her to get certain issues I've had with my unit dealt with and resolved. My first time ever applying for an apartment and Donna the Manager made the process so easy! She was helpful and patient with any questions my roommates and I had. Andre the gentleman who gave the apartment tour was also extremely kind and helpful! Honestly the best service experience ever! My roommates and I are super excited to move in our new place.
