Office staff never returns your phone calls. Not a very friendly environment

Very unprofessional nurse.
Her name is Michelle, who left me a vm about my results. Being that I had quetions, I called back to find out more and her answer was “I left you a vm, and it said what you have”. Instead of her trying to actually explain what was going on, perhaps causes etc.nope, just complete rudeness.
On the other hand, the doctor was nice. Only bad thing is that they were not able to even treat “ condition” (damaged nail plate). So I’m back to square one
