Did an outstanding job on our garage and outside patio. Would without a doubt recommend them.

Great work and they made sure we were 100% satisfied with the work. The estimate was quick and they went over the different materials and colors. The work was done in one day and the drying process was about another 24-48 hours.

There was a small imperfection and they came a few weeks later and fixed it without issues. I would recommend them if you’re thinking about getting your garage done, my husband loves this space

Our two car garage was in rough shape and as part of the renovation we wanted the floor coated as well. Our sales man, Bryan Huntsman was supremely helpful and patient as we settled on the color. His, "augmented reality, " let him put the different colors on the floor through his tablet so we could get an idea of how it would look installed.

On the installation day, our installer, Harrison, turned up on time and was a friendly, competent guy. We went over what was to be done and he got started. In a matter of hours, the work was done, the floor was gorgeous, and Harrison was giving us details of how long to let it dry.

If you want your garage to look terrific, you won't regret using these folks.

Jordan was professional and did a super job on our pool deck. Added extra sand as we requested for nonslip. He listened to my requests and followed through. He had to come back to paint some expansion joints. I figured we wouldn’t see him again, but here he is as promised.

SLOPPY work! NOT responsive, NOT professional, POOR Quality & VERY expensive for what they offer! POOR customer service over the phone, plain RUDE! —Scenario: We had to empty out the garage for resurfacing 4 weeks after floor was coated because it was NOT done properly the first time! They ask for a hefty price and you would expect perfection with their work. Wrong! Hard to get a hold of the company via their number for questions / concerns AND as an existing customer it takes you straight to mailboxes that are full -however, they do pick up right away for new customers. The one lady that picked up the phone Customer service once they pick up for “new customers” RUDE! Do NOT waste your time and money!

Had my garage floor done and it looks amazing! I’m very happy the way it came together! The crew was very friendly and professional. The quality of the materials are outstanding! Shark Coating is the way to go!

From rags to riches, this has completely transformed our garage and the way we use it! I can’t recommend this company more. The 15 year warranty is unheard of with these floors and they stick to their word. Good dudes who do a good job. Very, very happy. Might even have them do the outdoor concrete in my backyard next!

Great experience with Shark Coatings! Sam Z.came out and gave us a very competitive price for the service and explained the process. There were some weather delays that Sam and the crew navigated without issue. Our installer Val and his associate kept in constant contact as they diligently dodged rain storm after rain storm to get the job done. The end product looks amazing. We couldn't be happier with the final result and wish we had done it much sooner. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them for another job.

The installers did a fantastic job. But the corporate office never gets back to you after the job is done. I needed some touch up spots and the installers were at the gate and we were never told they were coming out.

Well, the product visually is very appealing. If you like having an ice skating rink around your pool and anywhere else the product is applied when it gets wet, you will be in luck. The people you work with at the company are very nice. However, if you need any follow up repairs or have issues, they do not really accommodate you in a timely manner, or in my case, at all. It has been 3 months since they put down my surfacing and they still have not finished and resolved my issues.

Brandyn and his crew were great. They worked about 13 hours and did my job in one day. They were very professional.

The process and application of the coating crew was First Rate, Lead by Miguel.
Unfortunately there is multiple levels of disconnects of communications between the Sales team and the scheduling office and the onsite crew.

The company got my business and money and then seemed not interested in how the project was accomplished.

At the end of the day, the on-site crew lead Miguel who has been with the company over two years made it all work. He was superb!

Disappointed in the Sales team, setting appointments and then shifting arrival times just an hour before planned arrival.

The coating was just finished Friday, so to soon to comment on the actual product.

Lots of promisies made by Sales team that were not communicated to on-site crew, this is wrong on all levels. Be Better!

Process might be very "messy" but they cleared 99.9% of broadcast media. GOOD job but not sure if perfect is possible.
One year plus later it looks great with no evidence of pealing or fading. Good product correctly applied. They even mixed me a simple custom color that looks like their Denim (no black).

The temp was extremely high all day! These young men worked their butts off! I would ask them several times to please take a break, but they kept on going. I tried to stay out of the way, but I also wanted to see how this worked. They explained the process and didn't act like they were board with my questions. My husband and I are very pleased with the color we chose. It compliments the room, outdoor furniture and gives it a bigger feel. I was amazed at how fast you responded once called, from Jacob coming out the next day to having this done the following week. Everyone who has seen it loves it, as we do! I will be recommending Shark Coating to everyone. I do have a question though. There was a picture of my husband holding the sign, me with the stuffed shark and shark man. I had a couple of pics taken with my phone, but that one wasn't in it. Is there anyway you can send me a copy of that to my phone? Thanks again and we look to enjoy this for many years to come.
