Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant, Panama City Beach FL

We enjoyed our meal at Sharkey's. It's a fun beachfront restaurant. The service was good. The only frustrating part of the meal was that we sat by the bar and people smoked the entire time. Not cool for a family with 3 young kids! I wish our hostess would have put us at a different spot. Our kids loved the play ground set and we had a fun afternoon on the beach with frisbee's after we ate. We'd come back again and be more careful where we sat to eat.

Food and service was very good. We sat inside not knowing we couldn't here the singer. Rhett the server was very good.

Love the environment, either party side or family side. They actually remodeled the inside it looks great, not saying that the old wasn't. Always Great Food & Amazing service!

Thanksgiving buffet was great, so organized, 2 buffet lines. My dad just asked if there was a christmas buffet

Very long wait to be sitted. After finishing our appetizer the server informed us that they were out of chicken and couldn't make the buffalo chicken sandwich that was one of the dinners ordered. 7: 30pm Sunday night out of chicken. Other then an apology from server we didn't receive any compensation for the disruption and additional wait time, even when we asked for a Sharkey's freebie for a 9 year old. We could get one for $2.00.

The food was good and the gift Shop was adorable but there was this awful smell when we went, you only smelled it in the front though.

We go here every visit to Panama City. Food & atmosphere are great, but service is slow due to how crowded they usually are. The staff has always been nice, though, and so is the live music.

I had a very nice dinner with my husband, food was really good. It was karaoke night when we came during the weekdays and it was fun. I recommend for you guys to try when you visit PCB.

Good place for drinks and appetizers. Nice music. Cool Tiki Hut. Kids can play on beach. Friendly courteous staff. Entrees are better and lower priced elsewhere.

Well long lines can be deceptive, because it leads you to believe that the food will be exceptional. It was not and the value for the price made it even less desirable. The atmosphere is good, especially the outdoor bar area. The drinks were very good and definitely strong. However the entrees were below average. I got the grilled shrimp and I would say it on par with Captain D's. Nothing exceptional at all either in the quality, quantity, presentation or preparation. I dont recommend this place for dinner but I would for watching a ball game and having a few drinks.

Hubby and I went to Sharkys around 4 pm just today, on a Friday. We were seated by very unfriendly, rude staff who could care less if we were there or not. We were seated and left to the wait staff. A gentleman who we assume was to be our waiter walked by and looked at us, never saying a word, and continued waiting on other tables. He never returned to our table, nor did anyone else. We sat at the table, menus down, ready to order, for nearly 10 minutes. Since no one ever came to our table, we ended up leaving and going down the road to another restaurant. Thanks Sharkys for the great experience. We'll not be back. Gave 1 star because I couldn't leave zero. One more note, they were not very busy.

Seriously great food love this restaurant been going for 15 years at least the only down fall to all this big time tourist attraction places is the prices are absolutely ridiculous 120 bucks for one meal with my wife and kids
