Horrible customer service. I purchased my home two years ago and since then I have try to get the gas account transferred from the previous owner to my name. I’ve turned in the paperwork three times and yet it’s still in the previous owners name every time I call, I’m told the person I was dealing with is no longer there.

Juan with Sharp was absolutely amazing. He was quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. We needed weekend assistance and the answering service as well as the tech (Juan) were a life saver. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing gas service in the Jacksonville area!

Sharp Energy is very efficient. Inquiries are addressed immediately. Staff is very friendly. Technician went above and beyond to make sure there were no issues. I would recommend Sharp Energy.

Used to be great when it was Western Gas. Like so many similar stories, it was bought up by a big company and now you can't get a hold of anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a small local business that has to care. When they are big business they don't care about you.

Had been a customer for almost 15 years with Western National Gas. Sharp Energy bought them out a couple of years ago. Service went into the toilet. New driver “Anthony “ was rude and refused to service my tank unless I provided him with a key to the service area. Tank was available to be serviced from 9 am until 830 pm. Not good enough for “Anthony “. Finally had to switch companies to get service.

There are very few places that go above and beyond these days. I want to tell you that sharp energy is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The gas technicians are super knowledgeable and actually polite! I am so glad I chose them over other local larger scale companies. They have maintained the same great service level in the three years I have used them!
