Extremely unhappy with Sharper Image Pools. I thought I was contracting a reputable company but unfortunately everything was outsourced. Diagnostics was never accurate from the beginning leading to extra costs along the way. It’s been 3-4 months now and I still don’t have a working pool. The last phase has once again been outsourced and I have been ignored as a customer. After spending close to $15,000 on this project you would think the company would see it through to the end but unfortunately not. This project has been a complete waste of money and we still have not enjoyed our pool.

If you are looking for a pool remodel I would seek bids from other companies as this one is definitely not professional or reliable at all.

There are not enough words to describe how Amazing Sharper Image Pools is. Everyone on their staff from owner to the office to the worker is wonderful, knowledgeable and always ready to help. They design and build a fabulous pool. We have been building our home for over a year and a half. Our builder at the time used every delay you can possibly think of which caused a long delay in getting our pool built because things had to be completed for them to do what they needed to do. They were patient, ready to help us and understand our unique situation. This meant so much since it was an extremely stressful time. Special Thanks to Joe and Beth who always were there to take our calls even though I was having to let them know about some delay.

After dealing with a pack of lying thieves at Cody Pools I contacted Sharper Image. Sharper Image responded quickly, professionally, and they had a real interest in designing what I wanted as opposed to the 'this is what we'll give you " approach of Cody Pools. Price wise they were fair, reasonable, and true to their word. Unlike the Cody Pools policy of we'll sign at this price and then try to raise it later.

Sharper Image Pools built my new pool, and did a fabulous job. Quality of workmanship was above average. My pool is ready to swim in less than the time they projected, even with all the rain and Covid issues we are all facing. I would highly recommend this company.

We’ve been working with Sharper Image Pools since summer of 2021 to build a pool on our lot. The lot is big and came with big possibilities. David was so patient when we brought him idea after idea and worked hard to create us an incredible design with the help of our landscape architect. At one point he had to increase our price after the contract was signed, but the way he communicated the challenges they were facing with inflation were so genuine and heartfelt it helped ease the financial pain. Kip has also been very helpful and used his extensive experience to guide us throughout the process. You could tell he just wanted us to be happy with the end product and knew his stuff when it came to maintenance and longevity of selections. We mostly work with Beth for customer service. She was kind and welcoming at the showroom even when we made her job more challenging by changing our minds multiple times. She always returns call and returns emails when she has all of the information. This is a company that understands the process is just as important as the end result when working with clients.

This company needs to train their employees to be better professionals on the road. Their truck made an illegal u turn in front of me I almost slammed in the side of the company truck. Then they truck sped off, went up to the light and made a right turn on Woodbury Road without any signals totally reckless behavior imagine how they work will be on your pool
