Won't buy from them again and I don't recommend this vendor. I ordered trimmer combs (wrong ones) via Amazon and was very disappointed at the quality of the clipper combs. Looked and felt like they were 3D printed in the back room, just cheap and cheesy. They were unacceptable even before I tried to fit them. I emailed the vendor and their initial reply indicated that they were immediately on the defense and later stating that they were the same quality as manufacturers (that just wasn't true as I own other clippers and combs) further emphasizing that I ordered the wrong part and regardless of the quality of the item, it was my fault they needed to be returned. (No return label issued.) Well, my net after return shipping and the original shipping deducted would have been negative so I decided to cut the loss, trash the items and let everyone know that they need to beware before buying from this "Outlet", via Amazon or direct. With them, the customer is seldom right! But don't beleive me, make your own determionation via their reply to this revview.

My Series 9 after almost 2 years just stopped. Bryan at shaver outlet was very cordial over the phone and they do warranty work for Braun so I shipped it down to them from TN as that is the closest authorized Braun place. He called me the day it arrived and they broke it down - and said they could have it fixed plus a new battery and ship it back next day. He did all the coordination with Braun to have it all covered as well. Received it back yesterday and after following the instructions to fully charge the new battery before use, it works perfectly. Thanks Bryan and team - I couldn't be happier.

Product I purchased from them through Amazon was decently priced, appeared to be an authentic replacement part for my Braun shaver, easy to replace and with some irreplaceable help from YouTube DIY videos, I'm a happy camper!

Sent two shavers to them, both very old and in need of a new battery. One also needed a repair to the case. Received both back within 3 day of sending AND they repaired the one at NO CHARGE. Their service went way beyond my expectations.

My Braun Series 7 shaver head began to rattle after three years of regular use. I reached out to Braun Service and they referred me to Shaver Outlet repair service. I called them, and they immediately identified the problem and offered to provide the replacement part or do the repair for a small service fee plus next day return shipping. Although I have repaired a variety of things in my life, I was unable to make the repair. I sent the shaver, and the part I’d purchased to them, they made the repair and had it back to me within a few days. It’s been a week since the repair and the shaver works like new. The repair, including shipping, was far far less than a replacement would have been. I appreciated their friendly repair advice, although I was inadequate to do the repair, and their included notes when they returned the repaired shaver. I highly recommend

Good service but over priced. Like everything else under this new government anti America rule.

I have (2) Braun 7526, which is my opinion is probably the best shaver ever made. I have used them for twenty years. Just sent them in to get a "tune up" with new blades and new rechargeable batteries.these folks are great! Fast customer service and its nice to have these things working awesome again. Thanks.

I have been sending my old Remington (Model TA-4570) and Braun (Model 4501) shavers here for years to get serviced and repaired. I've had a new batteries installed, general cleaning and lubrication, and of course blades and foils replaced. The prices are very reasonable and the work done is of excellent quality to the point that I have never had an issue or complaint. The man who owns the shop and does the repairs is always very nice and willing to answer any questions that I have when I call which is very reassuring.

Price and service were exactly as advertised-rapid and excellent! That's after numerous other electric razor repair shops said they couldn't replace the battery in my Remington Titanium MB300. I highly recommend them.

Low quality parts that will break if you so much as look at them. Would not recommend.

Edit: I followed their instructional video which does not mention the part to be extremely fragile. Called to report the problem and they said they would issue a replacement if I call the next day and ask for Brian. Called the next day talked to Brian who said he cannot issue a replacement. Wasted my time and money.

They sent the clippers in a timely manner and got here on time. That is the only reason they get a 2. I purchased a high-end set of clippers and they sent me some that were used. I don't even know what to say about this.

It was next to impossible to find the Remington clippers I wanted, given the current run on home haircutting tools, until a friend's Facebook post led me to this gem of a store. They had a factory refurbished model for a fair price. It just hit my doorstep in less than three days (!) and looks like it'll do exactly what I need. I'm glad I was able to support a competent small business rather than a monolithic mail-order company!

Purchased a razor that was under "BEARD". Was sent a "HAIR", razor, which does not do beards particularly well and is 2X the size of a true beard trimmer. In addition, the trimmer pulled the hairs rather than cut them. OW! Shaver Outlet would not pay for return shipping even though the razor did not work properly and it was the wrong type of trimmer. Cost me $13.08 to return an item that cost $35.00! Do not believe that they will ay for the return but instead simply ignore the facts and make you pay the postage! FREE RETURN IS A LIE!
