My experience with Dr. Shea and his office staff was absolutely exceptional. I couldn’t be more pleased with how my visit went. Dr. Shea and his staff were extraordinarily professional and overwhelmingly kind. I was amazed by how efficient this experience was. At no point during my visit was I waiting around - they got me back quickly and I was face to face with Dr. Shea within minutes of walking in. Dr. Shea was such a pleasure to interact with. He was very communicative and highly descriptive. I was so impressed by this experience I felt obligated to leave a review. Thank you Dr. Shea and staff so very much. For those who find themselves reading this review I must say I highly recommend Dr. Shea and have the utmost confidence you will also have a wonderful experience here!

Dr. Shea was highly recommended to me by family members and at my workplace. I needed a turbinate reduction and have waited years to see him as he was out of network with my previous insurance. Finally, I was able to have a new insurance in network and have the procedure done. He was above and beyond during the entire procedure, post op appt, etc, He cares about his patients, very professional. I highly recommend him to everyone that needs an ENT. His staff is also friendly and helpful.

It has been a blessing to be under the care of Dr. Shea. He is a wonderful doctor. He is smart, kind, explains things well, makes you feel at ease, and is overall great at making you feel comfortable and safe. He performed my septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery, it was my first ever surgery. Now, I can sleep like a baby and breathe perfectly through my nose!:) I am extremely grateful to have met Dr. Shea and I recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT!:)

Moving down here and trying to start over finding the right ENT Dr.was overwhelming. Dr. Shea met all of my expectations and then some. He is very detailed and through. My child just had surgery a few days ago and he did a phenomenal job. I can’t recommend him enough if you are looking for a Board Certified Dr. I really appreciate the little details that followed my child’s surgery.

Dr. Shea and his staff were incredible from the moment I walked in.

Dr. Shea listened, was honest, to the point, and incredibly reassuring that he would take care of me throughout my recovery time for an adult tonsillectomy.

On the day of surgery, he sat and again took his time to listen to my concerns and fears, talked me through it and off the ledge.

I am greatful for doctors like him.

Wow is all i can say. I came here with my two daughters. One to establish care since she has tubes. The second one due to wax in ear. Well let me tell you, she didn't have a little wax build up but a full blown sinus infection. The amount of snot he sucked out of her nose and all the other services to help her were amazing. He looked at my other daughters ear and found a small infection. After the medication we were still having some issues and missy and Dr shea jumped on it even during mothers day weekend. You can clearly see he has a passion for his work…… its NOT just a 9-5. He showed comfort and compassion to my daughter with a huge tube up her nose. Thank you to Dr. Shea and his staff.

Dr. Shea has seen my kids for over 13 years, when all other doctors have missed something, he has the solutions. We are extremely grateful for his knowledge, experience and professionalism! He makes us parents feel comfortable and is always available for any questions, even after hours by calling his cell phone. The whole staff is super friendly. Thank you!

The hearing test was fine. The dr conducting that was professional and very nice. BUT.the nurse practitioner was not helpful. And was very vague about my issue.suggested I basically "live with it" never saw Dr shea.and they FAILED TO TELL ME WHAT MY PAYMENT would be.not professional. Not an overall good experience.buyer beware

Was concerned about a tongue tie that was obviously bothering my newborn daughter. She was able to be seen the same day the referral was sent to dr shea’s office. The staff there was great and kind. Dr shea made the tongue tie revision quick and easy for my newborn baby. I definitely recommend!

I do not have enough good things to say about Dr. Shea and his office. My 3 year old developed an infection in her lymph node and we were referred to him by her pediatrician. We were able to be seen same day by Dr. Shea. He was thorough and kind. He gave clear instructions on what our next steps were and took prompt action providing appropriate interventions. He was available for questions and concerns after office hours and made me feel like my concerns were important and valid. My daughter improved quickly under Dr. Sheas care. You are in the best hands with him.

If you have any ear, nose, throat problems or have kids Dr. Shae is the best!

I have tinnitus in my left ear from a scuba diving accident. Doctor Shae and his staff were able to identify the problem and able to treat it. Staff is super knowledgeable, safe, and genuinely cares.

They were able to see me on such short notice and in my emergency state. Walk-in clinics and Urgent cares were even by appointment only, but this office was able to make an exception. God I’m so eternally grateful!

First visit was awful, waited an hour for a pediatric visit. They were not very kid friendly. The PA made my daughter terrified to come back. Second visit with the ear hearing department was great. The lady was amazing and patient with my daughter. Very annoyed that I paid a copay, after visit pay and randomly two months later they charged my card. No courtesy like any other doctor or medical visit to send a bill or reach out that they finally got “paid” by my insurance and decided to charge the remaining of what’s owed on my card on file. I called to say as a courtesy to just let me know 2 months post you’ll charge my card. Lady on billing didn’t seem to care at all. I’ve never had such a bad overall experience with one office.

Excellent professional. A doctor dedicated to his patients, very human. He dedicates time to his patients. Excellent staff.

Very poor "bedside manner"'when treating my daughter. Didn't take the time to review her case (she had seen him 3 times in the last year) and didn't remember putting a tube in her year. Dr Shea dismissed her concerns and was very rude. Do yourself a favor and seek out a more compassionate human being to treat you.

Jill is an exceptional audiologist. I recently had a hearing exam with her and was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and care. She took the time to explain the results of my exam in detail and provided me with valuable information about how to best care for my hearing. Additionally, the PA Bernice was very patient and understanding, making the experience as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Shea and his team to anyone in need of a hearing exam or any ENT needs. Five stars!
