Shear Dimensions Salon, Ormond Beach FL

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. I was not listened to. I now look like a man. Ask not to cut it it too short. The back is gone my sides are uneven. And I don't know what else to say other than I won't go back.

Shear Dimensions they are spectacular there they can do whatever you want done to your head or beard they're just wonderful and the atmosphere is great too

As a former hairstylist, I am very critical of how other professionals handle my hair and the hair of my loved ones. That being said, I do not go anywhere else but Shear Dimensions Salon for my needs and the needs of my family members. Christa is the only one we work with, because she's the best, very talented. But all the stylists there are very friendly and professional. Mike and Steve are so nice and the older lady who runs reception is so sweet. If you are looking for a new and better experience, you need to give this place a call.

I came to Shear Dimensions for the first time today. Roger did a fantastic job tweaking a haircut I got from another place. I have curly hair and when I got home it air dried beautifully the way I like it. He also did an amazing job blending my root touch up with my hair color. He offered to dye my brows, and they look fantastic. No more eyebrow gel. Yea! Very natural looking. Personally, I don’t care as much about personality, because I just want my curly hair to look good. But he has a great personality to boot! I am going back to him for my next appointment.

I was desperately searching for somewhere that could take a walk-in cut so I could survive the Florida heat better and this location had a window for me day of! Christa was my stylist for this visit and from start to finish she made me feel very comfortable for a cut that was very nerve-racking for me. Christa was confident and informative as I navigated what I was looking for and I am very pleased with the results of her work! The price was also surprisingly affordable (I don't get my hair cut often so I don't have a big basis for comparison haha). The shop itself was clean and bright and the other staff present during my time there were pleasant as well! I will absolutely visit again for my styling needs!

The location is great. A fountain out front. Roger was my stylist and was very good. He cut my hair how I wanted and offered advice as well. Was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend going there. I was very impressed and pleased.

Daniel did my cut and color. The cut was uneven and the color was mixed with warm and cool tones. This place charges much more than the average chain salons, but the quality is of an average chain salon. Had to go somewhere else for color correction and cut. Never again.

Christa did a fantastic job on my hair! I absolutely love it! Very personable and knows what she is doing. I couldn’t help but notice how especially careful and kind they are to the very elderly patrons.

Great experience here and great staff. They really make you feel like family. Christa gave me a great haircut faded on the sides and trimmed on top. Danny does great cuts and color treatments as well. Definitely will be returning. Looks very professional inside.

Dan is the absolute best! I just had twins and really needed a little of my youth restored. I have never had short hair before and he did such a great job that I didn’t even think twice about how much I cut off. He was super kind and did a great job.

All stylists are professional and do a terrific job. Donna is the greatest I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Shear Dimensions is the best hair salon I have ever been to, and I have been to many over the years as I’m now a senior I have very thin fine hair and Giovanna is a master hairstylist, coloring, cutting and styling my hair. All the staff are so friendly, and treat you with such kindness and respect. The salon is spotless and everyone wears a mask during this pandemic. Mike Stauffer, the owner is also a massage therapist and I have been going to him for treatment on my leg, after having problems from my knee replacement, and my leg has shown great improvement, thanks to him. I also have had a soothing pedicure by Christina. Call and book an appointment, I think you will be very satisfied.

Worst salon experience ever, the people that work there are rude and do not know how to properly do even the most basic haircut, let alone blow dry. If I could give this place no stars I would. Definitely would not recommend. I felt uncomfortable the entire time from the moment I walked in. If anyone else got the service and haircut I did, I would not blame them for running out without paying. I had to go to a different salon to fix my choppy haircut.

The staff here is on point. Everyone is always in good spirits and great energy. I just go for the shampoo and a cut (both very up to par, I love me a good shampoo). But I have seen some of the staff here work some hair miracles haha. I highly recommend Mike and his team at Shear Dimensions.
