Two windows: Shattered. Two windows: Replaced with ease! One had to be special ordered and scheduled, the other was a replacement conducted on the spot.

I would recommend Shea’s Glass to anyone! They go above and beyond to keep the mess to a minimum, and are sure to make sure everything is replaced to the customer’s need.

I called them to replace a the broken glass from a large custom picture frame. I gave them the dimensions of the piece I needed. They cut the piece that same day and I was able to pick it up. This was a fraction of the cost I would have paid to have it repaired at a professional framer.

I have used this company for years, and scheduled another estimate to replace some glass panes. After a misunderstanding around the estimate fee, and some conversations with their office staff, we were able to move forward and schedule the job.

The staff is friendly and the windows always look great after they replace the glass.

A bit surprised to be told there's a $100 charge just to come out for an estimate/quote on window glass replacement. You're better off trying Windowman or Quality Glass & Mirror. Hard-pass on any company requiring payment to provide a cost estimate/quote.

Shea Glass staff was knowledgeable and professional. Our glass was installed while we waited. We did get there early, so they had time to do this. Would recommend them based on this first visit.

I had the pleasure of using Sheas Glass for the first time. I brought in some glass for them to cut and unfortunately it was tempered. At 11 o’clock on Friday I asked them if they could cut me five pieces so I can do this project this weekend and they hadn’t completed

They took care of my order the same day even though it was last minute the staff there was very knowledgeable and professional I will definitely use Sheas Glass for all my classmates from this point forward.

I called Shea Glass to ask if they still had kept estimates from a couple of months previous. I had their business card and believed they had done the estimate for my window. I spoke to Travis who was really helpful and he checked to see if he could find it. He spent quite some time looking but came up with nothing. Turned out it was not Shea Glass who had given me the estimate. I apologized to Travis who was so gracious. He truly was one of the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with. If I ever have a bigger project I would call him as I know I’d be in good hands.

Have a pair of doors on front of house that have frosted lites and I wanted to replace them with clear glass. The doors came from Williston Glass but they are out of business. Called and explained. Then sent pictures and measurements. Got an email back saying Shea's doesn't have frosted glass. Emailed back saying I want CLEAR glass. I want to replace the existing frosted glass. No response, so I called again. Same person. She said "hang on. " Then she comes back and say, "This not something we can do because we're afraid we could mess up your doors. " Amazing. A glass company that cannot replace glass. Sad.

Had to buy replacement window to replace the one that was shattered by the rock slung out by the lawn mower. My husband finally got the other pane out to take up there so they could see it. When asked if someone could install both panes back, he was curtly told "we don't do that. After seeing other reviews, they clearly do. They also charged us a SURCHARGE for using our credit card. Did not find this to be a friendly or helpful person, female, to work with.

Excellent customer service, excellent quality craftsmanship, fast turn-around time. Brandii was super helpful and answered all my questions, and assisted me in getting exactly what I wanted - they helped me replace the glass top to an antique coffee table and replace a glass door on my entertainment center. Very satisfied!

Please do yourself a favor and look for another company. This people took our money and made us wait 3 days to get our piece of glass. The lady that took the order, didn't mention that they were working on a big order, and that they wouldn't be able to work on our order!
