Shell, St. Augustine FL

I just tried to buy a HALF gallon of milk and they wanted $8. I know this economy is in shambles, but come on. I went to Buc-ee's and got a whole gallon, A WHOLE GALLON, for $3. I live less than a mile from this Shell. I won't step foot in there again.

Only 93 available as of 12/04/2021 and it will not take your Kroger rewards or Shell rewards card. Worst Shell I have been too in a long time.

It's no longer a Dailys, to put it simply. Since Dailys backed out of this location, the quality of staff & items found there has declined to the point where items wont ring up at the register properly (Or at all, in some cases), The fountain machine hadn't been cleaned in a long time, leaving slime in the dispenser, and the dispensers for nacho cheese, chili sauce, & other things had long since expired.

Very, very dirty, inside and out. Bathrooms were disgusting. Trash bins were completely full.

I was in the store shopping cashier was on her phone, talking to the I'm assuming manager in the top desk, her back towards me, I made eye contact with him and he didnt tell her that I was there. It took them several minutes to acknowledge me. Not good.

I normally Love BP & Shell bc being a woman we love clean bathrooms. Hence today headed home from Daytona we had to stop for gas, snacks and bathroom break to see a polite sign on the both bath room doors. I ask the sweet lady if I could bring my own roll of tolit paper and use the restroom. She smiled and said yes & she was sorry they were out. I told her no worries Women with Jeeps always carry a roll. I left the roll with a smile, but I was a little shocked when I walked into the bathroom. Am I mad, upset or angry Not at all bc she was by herself busy as can be serving customers. However to the manager of this location whether private owned or franchise PLEASE help your under staff establishment to get the help they need & deserve. No excuses
I still gave a 5 star bc the other areas were clean, neat and professionally looking. The cashier was sweet, kind and professional. Hats off to you maam in this crisis of Covid 19.

I think the car wash was out of soap when I went through, so pretty sure I wasted money, but this station got me 17 cents back on Get Upside, so that kinda helps

I was there at this gas station. Thank God the Spanish guy told me this is the best hot dog. God. He was right. You guys are the best in town. Pompano Beach. 954. Best service best people working. Thanks shell.

I would like to know why they are always closed at night lately, but to cashier's are sitting outside smoking cigarettes?
