Shell, Port Charlotte FL

Went up to where the bakery was stood there for a couple mins a young man came up and asked what I wanted. I pointed to a Stromboli and said I wanted it. He snatched it off the rack aggressively and didn't say anything. I assumed he was getting it for me so I waited. I then saw him in the back on his phone. So I went and grabbed a drink while I waited. I stood there for another while longer and nothing. I stood in line for about another 5 mins and still nothing. Went outside finished fueling my truck came back and still nothing. I would of appreciated if I was told it would be a couple mins or some kind of communication but nothing. Will not go here again. Horrible customer service!

I live by this gas station and let me tell you, don’t even bother coming to this gas station if you see an older white haired, short white woman working behind the counter. This is the 4th occasion I have came inside and have heard nothing but disrespect and disgusting behavior from her. I simply asked if they had an envelope today I could buy from her or if she had a heart, she could’ve gave me. She replied asking why of course to which I said I needed something to collect my rent money in since I just used mine this morning, the truth. She gave me the nastiest look and replied in a rude tone snarking “ does it look like we pay rent? Do you think we collect rent or something. ”. I’m sorry but this women needs to be fired. The poor man in front of me stormed off angrily too because she refused to give him change for the larger bills he had, snapping at him by saying “do I look like a bank”. This women is atrocious and if you come to this gas station regularly you know who this is. Will no longer be having my service until she is fired and will be sharing. One time I understand but 4 separate occasions of complete unprofessionalism should result in consequences. Will be contacting corporate. Tell that woman to go to therapy.

Their gas prices seem competitive. There's a store with Dunkin's Donuts, wine section, pizza, bakery items, and specialty Italian market items. They also sell lottery tickets and have a FedEx drop box in the parking lot.

Lady at the register on 7/31/2021 at 3: 00pm was extremely rude to both me and my wife on two separate occasions. We simply asked for change for a $5 (one dollar bills) and she told us “we’re not a bank and you need to go somewhere else”. This was AFTER we purchased $15 worth of food items. I asked if I bought something again, could she give me change. She said yes, so I asked what was the cheapest item she had at the counter and her response was “I don’t know, I don’t keep track of everything in the store, why don’t you go look for yourself. ” She immediately ignored me and said she will help the next person.

Today is the third time I went to the store for steak cheese philly, the lady there had a lame excuse, the cook is not here, the previous time on a Saturday, no hot foods on weekend, the first time our grill is not working. Honestly, the lady there at the deli is lazy and should be fired. I wish the owner know about it.
Anyway, not going there again. Luckily there are other places for philly cheese steaks, not shell on peach land. Very bad.

One of the best Sell gas stations in usa. I know what I talking about. Travel a lot! Because the owners is right peoples! Supper great
