I bought a vape and it didn't work and they didn't want to change it or give me a refund

Came to get gas their machines broke! I was in a rush to work. I don’t understand they kept saying I only paid for 5 and something. I asked to put me on a different pump they kept taking their sweet time and kept telling me what I paid for when all I needed was to get gas! Please hire competent staff!
