So fun, can't wait to take my daughter in future years, with her new baby when they come visit

I’ve always loved this place. I’ve known it since I was about 12 years old and throughout the years I’ve made many memories with friends and family and such never a dull moment. There’s an animal Park area, there’s turtles, koi fish in their giant pond etc etc. There’s a little dog park, a nice restaurant, lots of sightseeing, flea market during the weekends, which is pretty nice and conveniently close by to me. The inside has changed quite a bit but it’s still has its homey vibe. So many shells and sea related items. I hope this place never shuts down.

This place has so much potential to be a major tourist attraction. Very enjoyable feeding the animals, turtles and koi. It is quite run down but worth a visit, especially by Marcus Lamonis

Five stars and a thumbs up. Kudos to the staff. Everything about this place is superb. After recently retiring and moving to CC from NY, this place is one of my favorite finds. It’s like a throwback from my childhood and has something for everyone. Well done, Shell Factory and staff for a fabulous effort to recover from Ian. I will be back!

Would be nice if they had philly steak sandwiches with white cheaper cheese, however their food is great always served hot and fast. Staff is excellent with customer service. Highly recommend this place especially for family. Lots of fun activities for children.

Nope, I'm not sure what makes folks go here. I fell for the brochure and was disappointed.

Watched over 50 yrs.
Where are the shells?
Back in the day it was THE place to get shells.
- long tables 3 rows deep of shells! (Not stacked like now) It was wonderful to look at.

- an area of crafts with your shells. Shadow boxes, jewlery boxes, mailboxes, mirrors, frames, glue, glitter, clear lamp stands for shells.you get it.

- a book section to identify shells, wildlife. I found some but scarce.

- jewelry section of shells.not the chinese stuff they have.

- a christmas store? Why? Put that in one of the empty buildings out front.

- a shell collecting section that had bags, scoops, floats, strainers. Now they are scattered.

The hours are awful. Closes at 6. If broke- change to 12-8p.

Tommys? STUNNED they close at 8pm every day incl.weekends! The place was packed! Was told by a waitress they allow people to stay over but it has to do with saving money? Why not try and make money. Close at 11p and kick people out. The polite people leave at 8 which is exactly what I saw. Money.just walking away.
Food overpriced. Bang bang shrimp super salty. $19 for coconut shrimp? $11 for pretzel bites.

An entire field that could be overnight camping but they instead have a theater of wasted space and overpriced tickets.

A souvenier section is fine but not the entire place. Makes it look cheap.

Anyone coming to see the worlds largest shell factory will be disappointed. She Sells Shells had more.

Would love to support the place but whomever runs this place needed to be fired about 5 years ago! Very sad.

Many different shops all in one building. Ice cream and fudge to jewelry, sea shells to Christmas decorations. Cool outdoor restaurant / bar with bands in the evening. Check out the nature plank. Flea market in the west parking lot on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. Lots of deals there. Make a day of it and enjoy.

This is the best value day out you will ever get!
It’s a relaxed, back to nature lovely place to be. Would recommend to anybody. The food at the restaurant is outstanding, the Brisket sandwich was just divine.

I thought it was a very nice place but it lacks a little love and care, because it is well neglected.

Clearly this place is still dealing with some after affects from the hurricane and once it's fully operational I'm sure I could give a better review. I'd give it more but several of the activities that are part of packaging prices aren't in working order, the pricing seemed to be different depending where you went I'm the park to get tickets, you had to go to the ticket window any time you wanted access to a certain activity which was a pain making a few kids walk back and forth across a parking lot to get someone.

Bumper boats was alot of fun, loved the nature walk (full of plenty of animals), kids enjoyed the carousel, the store was pretty cool to look through, and the arcade room was neat. The zipline wasn't working, nor was the water wars up and going, the gem mining area wasn't running either so you got a nag of sand and rocks inside to do at home, the little gun shooting thing had some guns that didn't make any noise making it hard to tell if you shot any targets. Oh and you had to put dollars into that to play it and pay at the ticket window to do the hammer thing to ring the bell, went to that window alot.

The staff was great and super friendly. They made it such a better experience. The food at the restaurant there was really good. Loved all their dishes. Overall it was a neat place and experience. A ticket to include most of what we did (along with water wars and gem mining that were both closed) was $30. They had another 2 different packages that were 40 and 50 but we couldn't do half the things on there so we didn't get them. I found the tickets to be overpriced for what you got to do. But the kids had a good time and to me that's worth the 3 stars.

Disappointing. We were there around lunchtime. It looked very run down. The fun park was empty. No one to be seen to ask questions. No zipline, the small boats were tied up.
The whole thing is very disappointing.
The nature park as well. Species-appropriate animal husbandry looks different.
The restaurant was mediocre.

My first time here this past weekend. So many different things to take in…We chose the nice large inside shopping area first and spent so much time there, we ran out of time for anything else that day, so I will be back! From the beautiful sea shells to the artwork, clothing and jewelry—it was all great and I made a few purchases! Nice, friendly, helpful people! I especially am interested in going back to see the nature area and butterfly garden! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Food at the restaurant is pretty good, cocktails are so so. Lots of Poke Stops for Go players, and lots to see and do. Great place to enjoy a leisurely afternoon.
Don't recommend the brisket but fish and bang bang shrimp were great

This has always been my kids favorite place to visit when we are visiting Fort Myers. It took a little hit from that last hurricane, but it still standing.this place is awesome if you like to collect seashells and Beach knick knacks and also has Christmas decorations, a zoo and Museum. And a little outdoor area with zip lining and a few rides.

Animal park.
I thought alligator feeding was great, but we were there in December 2022, when there were more animals in the park.
Entrance tickets price at the upper limit.
