Went in for shrimp and left with 2lbs shrimp, lb of stone crab, scallops fish spread and cocktail sauce. All of which were fantastic!
Everything was extremely fresh! And to my surprise the place did not smell too fishy - they do GREAT work at keeping the place clean! Great customer service!

I bought 3 lbs of stone cab claws in various sizes, approximately 12-14 total. 5 of the claws smelled like ammonia, ammonia is the byproduct of decomposing crab meat. I spent my money on rotten food. Don't shop here!

Shelly's has a nice selection of fresh fish. And they have wonderful fish dip. I've looked at fish at other supermarkets and they can't stand even near the product that Shelly's has to sell. Shelly's is the only place that I will buy my fish from.

Although I have moved away from Citrus County, Shelly's still remains at the top of the list as far as FRESH and LOCAL seafood goes in Florida. I highly recommend supporting this family owned small business and checking out the quaint town of Homosassa!
Great seafood seller with a large variety of seafood choices. Got the Cedar Key clams and they were delicious. Will definitely go back.
Best fish market ever. Fresh local fish. Great variety of shell fish. Shrimp, clams, oyster, stone crabs. Delicious variety of fish dips. Don't go anywhere else for your seafood.
My go-to for fresh fish, should be yours as well. Local, seasonal, as well as international, from grouper cheeks and jaws to Scottish salmon. Do not expect everything always, that is the fun of it. Great people!
