We pass through Sheltair KFLL and from the time we land til take off the entire staff is amazing from Woody and Earl to all the beautiful ladies at the counter. Dana is also the best.we wish all the FBO’s would take lessons from Sheltair.

Clean very professional environment. Robin at the Hertz car rental center is exceptional employee.

Took Tropic Ocean Air to get across to Bimini, they were extremely professional and accommodating as we shifted flights last minute.

Although I am in the airline industry and although I do frequent this area quite often I have never flown out of this Airline which is attached to the Fort Lauderdale Airport however it looks very clean very neat very orderly very safe and security is top-notch I can't recommend anything beyond that as far as travel or what airline or what carrier but I will say the facility itself looks like they're right on the money

Went to take my Covid test 1 day before my flight, it was super fast, took about 20 minutes from beginning to end, got my results in 8 minutes and the staff was super chill and professional. Highly recommend for last minute testing.

The plane was a little dated looking, and it was just a prop plane so I was a little nervous to start.
After that, it was an awesome experience. The pilot himself loaded all our luggage (wish I new he was the pilot at the time as I only tipped 20 for two people). He was professional, politely made sure masks were worn and always had his on. And on a side note, I never knew a plane could fly sideways which it did coming into the landing, but he fought the crosswinds for a perfect touchdown. It was my first time with them, but I will never use another charter service if they are available.
