Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel

Stayed 2 nights on 2 separate occasions. Everything was excellent, rooms were clean & spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar was excellent, the only reason for 4 stars is the food. Not that good. We will definitely stay there again.

Dj'd a FORTY & FEIRCE party for my God Sister. Staff was wonderful and provided everything a DJ would need including drinks, food and Hookah! No issues with the sound nor the genre of the music. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL! Food was on point.atmosphere even better. Staff basically catered to whatever I asked for. This was one hell of a party and the Sheraton went all out for us! Thank you Sheraton!

We JUST checked in and I’m already wow’d! Debbie checked us in and boy is she a sweetheart! You are lucky if you get to come across her… the hotel seems to be very nice so far with great amenities and a fun atmosphere! She informed us that by staying here we found a gem.but I think she is the real gem! Thankyou Debbie!

I gave it three stars because checkouts at eleven and they start knocking on doors at 9: 30 that's ridiculous

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be disappointed.

The staff was friendly and professional. The establishment was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and neat. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

My favorite hotel in Jacksonville! So many fantastic staff members (Caitlyn, Jennifer, Brian, and Todd) in the restaurant and bar and Cynthia at the front desk has helped several times. The pool and rooms are always clean and inviting. I’ve stayed here several times

- cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in
-customer service was professional / greeted with smiles and hospitality and exited with smiles and courtesy
- price was really good for quality of the room Definitely will be coming back here again

I was only there using the conference room, but the service was excellent. The food was great too.

Went to go eat. Restaurant was supposed to closed at 10. We wanted to place a order at 9.50. Said Kitchen was closed. But 10 mins later someone esle had food. Server was horrible never ask use for drinks or anything. Yes i do have his name also

The conference room was clean. The only complaint is that the Pork was under cooked! I do not eat rare pork. Never Have! Never Will! Do not want to get sick. Trichomoniasis! Friendly advice make sure the pork is done!

Great location near all the shopping and food. Staff were friendly. The rooms are immaculate.

What I thought would be a nice clean QUIET ROOM. Turned out to be a horror show! After a hard day of driving. And needing sleep as I was getting up early in morning. I had constant loud dog barking! YOU could tell it was big. And apparently owners didn't care. I called front desk. Still kept barking. I really thought SHERATON was a classier upscale hotel. Would not put up with this. Very rude for guests. I guess in future I will have to go back to other hotels. I tried it. And if they can't cater for there prices there charging.im sure they will lose alot more business.

This hotel was modern & updated without feeling cold! We’ve stayed in a lot of Marriot hotels lately inside the US & out of the United States. I can say without doubt the housekeepers at this location we’re the best! They came every day & left the entire space looking fresh & clean! The staff at the front desk were friendly & helpful too! They had a great list of restaurants organized by type they will give you if you ask for advice on where to eat!

I tried to check my 20 year old daughter in to the hotel. She was evacuated from her local apartment due to two buildings catching fire. The hotel would not let me remotely check her in even as an exception. So I had to find another hotel that used some consideration. Very disappointed and will take my future business else where
