Sheridan Ocean Club Apartments, Dania Beach FL

Elevator hasn’t worked in MONTHS, security ALWAYS SLEEPING, we’re supposed to have 2 pools one of the pools and tennis court has also been out of use for months. Awful management every single time it rains the roof leaks leaving things inside the apartment wet. Worst place I’ve ever lived.

I had a leak in the cabinet under my kitchen sink. The entire bottom was soaked. I called the leasing office and explained the situation and within 5 or 6 minutes maintenance was there and the leaked was fixed. The maintenance gentleman even cleaned up all the water for me! Great leasing staff & great maintenance personnel. Thank you!

Not the best place to live. There is dog poop everywhere. Most people don’t clean up after their dogs and if they do pick it up they leave the poop bags laying around everywhere. There are many dogs that bark for hours on end. People leave their trash bags outside their doors and the raccoons come eat from them and poop all over the steps and the hallways. You have no choice but to walk over it because the elevator is out of order more often than not. The office doesn’t seem to care because when you complain nothing happens and it doesn’t get cleaned up. See below pictures. The first is the picture we took to the office nothing was done. Went back a week later to tell them nothing was done about still The second picture is 3 weeks later. Still walking over poop to get to our door. As far as it being a gated community that’s a joke. If the arm isn’t broken off laying on the ground then it’s just propped opened for anyone to enter. There are many cars that never move from the parking spots that don’t have barcode stickers most with expired registrations. Some haven’t moved in the 8 months we’ve lived here. Some people park in 2 spots with one car and the vehicle never moves. There’s a van with flat tires that is solely used for storage. The rent is way too high here for the conditions you have to live in. Find somewhere else to rent!

Erick Rivera was an amazing help, this was the smoothest and nicest moving experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Sheridan Ocean Club to anyone looking for a place to live.

Maintenance always responds so quickly and Jose has come by a few times for minor fixes and he is always so friendly and kind, and works fast!

Honestly the staff is why I’m still here. But keep in mind this a dog friendly community and not everybody knows how to take care of a dog

The entire staff and management are exceptional and friendly. I Moved in a few weeks ago with no hiccups or drama. Very smooth. Let's not forget the maintenance staff as well. They also do a great job and are very responsive!

Sheridan Ocean Club Apartments provides the best of both worlds. It’s near city amenities but in an oasis of tranquility. I have thoroughly enjoyed my home here the last 2 1/2 years.

Maintenance are amazing, the only problem living in here is the mosquitos, to much mosquitos I'm never able to enjoy my balcony

Also, Don Luis (Mi Tocayo) and his kid are always checking with me if everything is working well in my apartment. Really happy with their customer service.
