So disappointed. Who in thier right mind would pay $74 a gallon for exterior paint! Associate said the %40 off special will start again soon. Well, I left and went to home depot and got Great paint for $46 a gallon.when the customer starts to leave, that is the time where the associate should have offered me the old special, because you lost a customer to HD since your price was SO high.
I had a great experience with Mike at the South Jacksonville, FL store. I needed to match a color on paint bought at another store. However, I needed contactless service. Mike told me to leave the container of the old paint outside the door of the store, while I wait in my car. He then matched the color, produced the gallon of paint that I needed, called my cell to take my credit card information, then put the paint in the trunk of my car. He treated me like I was placing a huge order. My mother in law is high risk for COVID, so his high level of service to avoid all contact is greatly appreciated. Thank you Mike for taking such great care of me!
