The Indian Harbor store has attentive and knowledgeable staff. The product is the only paint I have purchased for over 50 years. This alone speaks to the services and quality of their products

Sales Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We purchased Super paint for a 6 unit condo on the beach and it is top quality. All the supplies were available and competitively priced. The Indian Harbor store is the best!

Great staff and the best paint you can buy, but there is a paint shortage so call ahead to make sure they have paint in stock

EXCELLENT Customer Service! Susan was extremely helpful with finding the paint we needed and even called around other stores to find it, eventually finding some locally that she picked up for us! What a great experience, she's wonderful!

After going to lowes with my same needs and lowes totally failed without regrets I went to your store less than 1000 ft away. Within minutes I was helped and problem solved.

The whole staff is amazing. Every time I go in, there is always a great energy with laughs and good conversation. They have my favorite coffee, Cafe bustelo, which is definitely a plus. Very knowledgeable and helpful and I go out of my way to order from this store.

I've been in this store twice checking paint colors for my home. Not a hard sell store that's for sure. Both times I was there I was at the area where you check paint swatches in full view of cashiers. They saw me but were too busy with chitchat among themselves. It's a great paint.the cashiers not so much. Guess I would of needed to extract one from their intense conversation if I really needed help.

Love this paint store- easy in & out & expert help with selection & questions about paint. They store your info in their computer system, so no worries about forgetting what you have previously used. Soooooo easy!

I am giving this store a one star only because of the employee that was working on the day we were there. But other than that, the store was clean and well organized and easy to get to. There were two groups of customers in the store and for 20 minutes, the employee never greeted or spoke to any of us. He just stood by the cash register and was looking down at something.

My "go to" place for paint. Great products and color matching tech. Great customer service and support.

Knowledgeable staff that's always willing to offer helpful advice to an intermediate painter when I encounter older existing paints I'm trying to cover, or new surface types. Sherwin-Williams will always be my first choice for this reason. Where they fall down though is not offering the very small paint color sample tins that the big box hardware stores offer.

Professional consultants and quality products. A little pricier than other options but worth it due to durable products and helpful staff. Watch for frequent sales 30-40% off.
