Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, Jacksonville FL

Horrible customer service and racial tension. I feel as though I wasn’t helped as much as others in the store. I will not be back.

Although I may be an older gentlemen doesn’t mean I know everything about paint. I was “helped” by a young lady that made me feel quite incompetent.

The store is great but on the other hand Samantha (sales person) was very unhelpful and rude at costumer service when asking to for products and to mix some paint. Went to get some paints and she made it really hard for me to get the product asking for accounts unnecessarily. I asked her to mix a paint from another brand and she said it had to be from Sherwin Williams or it would break the mixer. Mind you I am a professional painter and have done this for over 20 years always gone to other sherwin williams stores and never had this issue. Another sales person was next to her and kindly helped with what I needed. She was very nasty.

DO NOT use H & C Colortop Water Based Solid Color Concrete Stain on your pool deck! I trusted my painter and wish I had not. This product flaked off, buckled up, and molded after 1 month and my pool deck looked worse in 3 months than it did before I had it painted! Sherwin Williams rep came out and denied anything was wrong and did nothing.

Don't bother trying to get a paint match at this store because they won't do it because of the liability. Waste of trip.

When I came in the store no one greeted me for the first 15 minutes. It felt like I was the only one in the store.

I was greeted immediately when entering the store and the associate asked me if I needed any assistance. I showed him the color inspirations I wanted for the outside of my house, and we came up with a few combinations. I told him I needed to sit with the idea for a little bit and he did not pressure me. We both agreed on our favorite color combination and that ended up being the colors for my new home. I really appreciated his insight and I love the colors we chose for my home.

If you want to be called the N word and slapped by an employee go to this establishment. The police were called and nothing was done. I have never felt more violated a day in my life. The witnesses were the employees and not one told the police anything.

Always a bad experience at this store. Called in an order in the morning, they said it would be ready at a specific time. I got there and they were all huddled around talking and when I asked for my order, it wasn't even mixed up yet! Convinced my customer, that I'm doing work for, to bring their business elsewhere.

Went to this location for expert help and opinions for our house project. We were never even greeted during our 45 minutes in the store. Associate was loudly complaining on the phone about her work schedule during the first 10 minutes. We decided we would go elsewhere to finalize decion and make purchase.

Bad delivery! They put the paint in front the container door, how can I open the door? Omg!
