Most terrible, inefficient doctor ever! In June of 2023, I went to Dr Aragon complaining of fatigue. She sat and typed the entire time and did not allow me to talk of my pre-diabetic concerns. She decided that I had sleep apnea for some reasons even though my answers were all negative on symptoms. She ordered a test on sleep apnea and mri. In the write up I was handed as I left she wrote that I sat and dozed while I was talking to her which was not true. I do not dose in daytime and certainly not at doctor ofc. She wrote several more untruths in the log.

My blood tests showed a totally different problem which I suspected.

My husband also had an appointment and she ordered lab tests on him that were never discussed and Medicare would not pay for.

It is easy to be deceived by a smiling face, but, beware. She never heard of a test she didn’t like and will merrily order anything she can think of. It is quite apparent she doesn’t care for her patients Normally we stay with same doctor for many years, but, not this one. It is so important to have trust in your doctor. It’s very bad when they make it impossible.

This one treats you with a total contempt and costs you money.

I absolutely love Dr. Zelaya! I would rate her at a 5 star! However.it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with a live person at the office. It has been well over a month, and I STILL HAVEN'T gotten my new medication. It has been EXTREMELY frustrating! I even stopped in, and it still wasn't taken care of. I work in a doctor's office and that would NEVER be acceptable! Please DO BETTER!
