I love Sheilds pharmacy. They are caring and understanding. I had a problem with a NP and the pharmacist worked with me on what I needed.

This places customer service is trash. They put customers on hold for 30 minutes and never answer the phone. Take your business some where else. If you don’t believe just give them a call and see for yourself. The worst pharmacist assistants who answer the phones ever.

Even when you want to support a small business.

Abi is the best. She’s so friendly on the phone. I have high anxiety, but when I called in to ask a question, she made me feel right at ease immediately.

I had a prescription delivered to me, which was in a glass vial. Unfortunately, when I received it, the vial had a hairline fracture, and all of my medication had leaked out and was in the actual baggie that it came in. I called the next day and spoke with Abi. She was so kind and understanding and heartfelt. I told her how sad I was about what happened and she said that things like that can happen. She told me someone would be calling me to make sure they had my information correctly. Within an hour Sally had me on the phone. Just as sweet as Abi! She even apologized for not being able to get another script to me sooner than this upcoming Tuesday.

What an amazing pharmacy. Professional, kind, caring. You don’t see that anymore these days. This was an easy five star review from me!

I have personally worked there for almost a year, I just left about 3 weeks ago and let me tell you why you should not bother wasting your time and energy even applying there. For one they don’t pay the employees anything, they are just down right rude and treat the employees like they are not human. They over work the staff and then complain that they want more from us. We are only human and can only do as much as we can. Not only that they don’t have a proper order of doing things there is no HR so if you have any concerns about anything or anyone you can’t trust who you talk to because ethier way it’s the American way of doing things and because they are Egyptian’s they believe females shouldn’t be working and should be at home cooking for the men. Don’t wast your time trying to get your prescription there or even working there

They ship directly to me. I do allow 7 to 10 days. Very happy with their compounded meds and shipping methods.

I have not gotten my prescription in over a week. They tell me 5-6 business days. It’s been over that. I call them all day today, phone numbers I am told by the recording are not in service and the 877 number is busy or just hangs up on you. They already billed my credit card over a week ago and I have no prescription and I cannot get in touch with them. Angry.
I gave one star because in the past they were very good. Now I am out money and a prescription!

This pharmacy is not helpful. I can’t speak to the quality of their products, but I can speak to the level of basic customer service around something I am injecting into my body.

They sent me a medication with close to zero information. So I called to get more information, and the person I spoke with told me that I could read the ingredients on the vial. When I ask if he could explain more about them, he said no, it was proprietary. He refused to give me any helpful information—isn’t that what pharmacists are supposed to do? He was not only unhelpful, but rude.

When it comes to mailing out things like medication you ran out, they are the worst. Even when I make sure I make appointments two weeks before I run out of medication.

Best prices, best staff. Always willing to answer any questions I might have. I will come here for all my prescriptions and vitamins.
