Finally a service that I can trust. For the delays, it is mostly due to the political issues in Haiti and not in ShippEx's control.
No working phone number, and site will not process my shipping payment, though my charge card has been charged several times. I’m beyond frustrated as this is the only service to send much needed food to folks in Haiti.
Reception was awesome, but when l paid for the service that supposed to be between 5-10 working days as they said, till now l can't track the package after 8 days, and l've been calling both locals and intn'l numbers with no responses at all, worst phone services l've ever seen.
Very professional and courteous people. Not so expensive either. I recommend it for all your shipping needs.
It's the worst company that exists, is the problem in Haiti because whatever they do they can't set it up properly, an old customer service, you can't find a person to talk to who will give an explanation of the old service, they don't update the information with the promised time, you don't know where your business is.
Sorry to have to deal with these people.
You send something in the plane they say in 7 days, but it's been almost 1 month.

I’m on day 21 and my package has not moved one inch. When I call customer service they take a long time to answer. Sometimes they don't even pick up the phone and when they do. They keep saying they don’t know when it will be shipped and it’s still at the warehouse location. My thing is why do they charge so much when they can’t offer rapid deliveries as advertised? Like all Haitian businesses you have to accept the bad service because you’re limited on companies that offer plane service. If you’re looking for rapid plane service don’t expect it from Shippex.

The delivery time takes way more than they say, I sent some stuff to Haiti, 21 days later still no answer. Their customer service is trash they never answer the phone, you just have to wait and hope your package is delivered.
I have a package that is delivered more than a week and they never put it on their system. When they put it on for a week, they can never tell you when you will find it in Haiti. I do not recommend Shippex to anyone.
Where do I begin. I dropped a TV off on 11/14/2022 at the West Dixie Highway location. While I was in the store, I paid via Zelle for the delivery service. Two days later, I checked the status of my item on their app. I noticed it said it was unpaid but there was the amount I sent via Zelle in my account wallet. Something told me to make the payment on the app, so I did it. After doing the Zelle payment, in the store, the representative took a picture of my Zelle transaction but he never told me I needed to go into the app and pay for the package on there. I guess when you make the Zelle payment they credit your account for the amount only. Who would think after sending a Zelle payment you have to do another step on the app? Anyways they advertise that plane service is 5-10 days. I’m on day 7 and my package has not moved one inch. When I call customer service they keep saying they don’t know when it will be shipped and it’s still at the West Dixie location. It might cost an arm and a leg but use FedEx or DHL.
I used to sending colis with shippex so this time is very so disappointed because the family is in need so they still can’t tell me when I will receive my package since July and now still no updates the only update was to wish me a merry Christmas so I can’t lose my package because I spent a lot of money for it so wish they could give me an update.
