Shipping of Weeki Wachee Inc., Spring Hill FL

I was overcharged by $49.00. I got a quote on line for $58, and I also called Fedex customer service the next day and they too gave me a $58 quote. I was charged $107 by this shipping company. I will never go there again. I called Fedex and I was told that these kind of shipping companies have extra fees they charge because they are using their own account with Fedex to ship items, and most always charge spacial fees. You are better to go direct to Fedex if you want the Fedex quote.

Best place to ship in Spring Hill! Very accommodating and nice people. David helped me save money and find the best box for my items at the lowest price. I’ll be coming back!

Honestly one of the best and easiest shipping places I’ve been to. Use them for business and personal, every time I’m out within seconds of entering. When I’ve got a big shipment, they’re quick to help me unload the vehicle. Love coming here.

I can not praise Shipping of Weeki Wachee enough. I came to their store today, June 15,2022 with internet issues trying to print a return Fed Ex Shipping label. I had been to 2 other Fed Ex stores and been on-line with Fed Ex and their tech dept.to no avail but the assistant at Shipping of Weeki Wachee knew exactly what to do to print the label and resolve all my issues in amazing little time (under 5 minutes!). I am so grateful, she was so professional, helpful and friendly that I know I will NEVER go to any other store for my shipping needs. I highly recommend this store for all your shipping needs!

My first time and what a great experience. They were busy but only a few minutes wait time. However when it was my turn their focus was on me. Very personalized attention. Passport documents to be sent. Can't say anymore. They were great! Brings back the old days, excellent service with a smile and didn't break the bank.

I took two packages in, the large package was going 2-day express and the smaller package was going 1-day express. They said they would take care of it for me, but somehow they switched the tags that I filled out after I left and shipped the large package 1-day! The other package is the one I needed ASAP to meet me back at home. Completely disappointed with this experience. I'll go elsewhere next time.
