Shoe Carnival, Boynton Beach FL

We went there last night 15 minutes before they closed and the staff was so nice to us! The manager even gave us a $10 coupon! My mom couldn’t find a second pair of shoes for the bogo deal so the manager Stacy said we could come back today and get the second pair at the bogo price with no problem! My whole family was super pleased with the store and the customer service we received! We all love our new shoes! Thanks again ladies!

The employees here were a bad McHenry of younger people when I visited and they were not very professional. I did hear one lady reprimand some children for running through the store (no idea where their parents were), but that was the only time I even saw her. The store was in shambles. I won’t be going back to this location.

The girl raced to the front door as I was walking up and shut it and locked it. She then proceeded to clap to her coworkers as I stood there after having the door slammed in my face, pretty sure it’s them that took a lost in this situation so I didn’t really understand the clapping. I understand the holidays are a very stressful situation (as I also work in retail) but I would never do that to a customer.

Clean, organized and well stocked. I tried to take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off. I bought one, but didn't see anything else on this visit.
Fun styles. Some very trendy. Have fun shopping.

Absolutely love this store. Cute name brand shoes, deals when buying several shoes at a time, excellent staff and relatively organized regarding age groups and gender.

Very good place very honest and respectful people that work there very good place to go buy shoes they got good discounts they got a clearance aisle you're looking for shoes for kids and for handicapped people and just anybody they got good comfortable shoes they're and they're great people I would go there every other place I went to shoes or two or $300 and they look ugly as hell try this place out people

My son wears size 14. Shoe Carnival has a great selection, not just one or two like other stores. Great prices also

This is the best place in Boynton Beach to shop for your kids for shoes the employees the workers are awesome and they have a caring heart for the kids and the parents pocket go there shop and have fun and this is on Congress and Boynton Beach have a nice day

They had lots of shoes I liked but when I checked with the employees for my size (in different brands) closest store with my shoe size (a women's 9 regular width) was Tennessee & we're in PB Florida. Come on? !? !
