Loved this place, I wish I would have gotten the young gentleman’s name that cashed me out but I will definitely be back! Nice staff and amazing selection and prices.

Lots of shoes. Kinda expensive, but if you REALLY look around you can find some nice shoes on sale. I got my daughter some pink and white Nike Air Max 90's for $50 which the same shoes anywhere else would be $95 to $125 and my son some black Timberlands for only $45. But like I said you really gotta look around in there.

Since when did you stop military discount. When I mentioned it to cashier she looked dumb founded. Then she states they don't give military discount. I informed her that I always got discount. Her reply they don't do it anymore because not enough people were using it. Seriously?

They didn't have much help on the floor but we were able to find good solid work shoes for a fair price in a quick time frame and got checked out fairly quickly and efficiently.good day!

They have the absolute worst customer service! The gentleman running the register obviously dislikes his job very much. Everyone else was too busy ignoring customers to help anyone. Nope won’t go back.

Always a great selection and always sales & promotions going on. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. I recommend joining the rewards program and your shoe purchases will earn you rewards and discounts.

Bought skechers deck shoes. Love them! They had 1 pair of beige in my size. Also a Adidas cool dry cap. Love it for running. Customer Service was very helpful and pleasant. Thank you

I love the store, I love when they have the Bogo shoes. Typically around back to school time. Queen location nice and friendly staff they will go out of their way to help order you shoes on the website if they don’t have what is in stock. Thanks shoe carnival

I don't know how much 5 is more important than they were busy but still helpfull; and I'm sure if you wanted to get that 5 star then you could have had the employee jump up n down and he would. Saying they got you and we're all big boys and girls so we can handle ourselves of things go afoot

Who the hell pays the price that they sell these shoes for you can't go in that store and buy a pair of shoes for less than $60 or more

Clean. Moderate but top notch selection (men and boys). Friendly knowledgeable customer service. New sneaker smell and A/C.can't beat it

Ordered shoes and days later order was cancelled. I feel like I should have received something from the store. But nothing only sorry for the mistake. And I could have purchased from another store but was getting a discount and now all I get is sorry. Not able to get the shoes in color or size anywhere now. Never purchase from shoe carnival again.

I have never gone to Shoe Carnival before and just finished shopping and the customer service representatives were very helpful and got two of the cutest shoes and didn't spend more then $40! What a great store I can't wait to shop again

Nobody asked me if I needed any help. Found what I wanted and paid for it. Girl at the counter was nice. But sales people not so much.

I didn't go inside of Carnaval de Zapato, but driving past a wave of jubilee overcame me. I hope to drive by this heaven on Earth again sometime.
