4out of 5 = slightly above average, which is what Shoe Carnival is designed to be. Typically, though, for a store as clean, bright, well-organized and well-stocked as this Shoe Carnival, I might rate it a bit higher. The reason for 3? Price, quality and selection. Yeah, I know i said well-stocked, but with a fairly narrow range of mid-quality styles at unusually high prices. Very little leather. Women’s mid-heels in very short supply, but lots of high heels. Tons of sneakers, running shoes, sport sandals and a modest selection of women’s casual everyday flats. Not much selection of close-toed fashion or short boots/booties and I found none in leather.
Bottom line? For sport shoes SC is your go-to, but don’t plan to find good prices or higher quality here.

Awesome visit they didn't have the shoe's in stock so the lady helped me order them was very polite very nice atmosphere

Pretty good selection and the bogo sale was great. Their staff was very friendly. I found a pair of shoes I've been searching for quite some time now and a pair of sandals in the perfect shade of pink. I'll definitely be back.

I purchased this shoes on August 20th 2021. Two days later, the platform suddenly broken. I couldn’t get refunded since I wore two times.

Love this store. I drive from another town just to shop here. Unfortunately, they were completely out of my normal Skecher shoes. Website stated store was in stock. I guess everyone is experiencing the same issue.

We enjoyed visiting this store. Although they didn't carry the pair at the size we looked for, but with the help of the store's staff, we found two nice pairs we went for and got a nice discount.

Two out of 3 girls were really nice. I believe that one girl was just having a bad day. Other customers was giving her a really bad time. But over all it was good.

Had to get new kicks & I knew that they had the Skechers I wanted.
And now I've got new kicks. Very reliable and helpful workers.

I meant to write this review yesterday but lost track of time. The employees were very friendly and very helpful especially Tiana. She helped me find shoes for all my kids and was very patient with them too. Even through the checkout process she showed me how to spin the wheel to save. I will definitely be returning soon for more shoes for them in the future.

I have shopped here for 7years since I moved to Florida. I had a pizza shop inside the mall for 3 years so I always had GREAT customer service. My last visit here was not pleasant. Very rude cashiers and they treated me like I was a poor person while I was with my 12yr old daughter. I bought 5 pairs of shoes mind you but I asked about a sale and got an attitude from not 1 but 2 female cashiers then they asked me for my ID when I swiped my husband's credit card as if I had a stolen credit card. The feeling i had from that was unreal. I have never been asked for my ID at this store in 7years. I will NEVER go here again. I visited 2weeks ago.

Love it! People are so nice and I have found hard to find items there twice! On sale both times!

The store was fully stocked with my kids favorite brands I left with 2 pairs of shoes only paid 60$ so prices are good as well. Lots of deals on the best name brands. Stop by and see for yourself ill definitely be back as well as recommend to family and friends. The staff could have been more helpful and attentive

Great customer service. The young man that helped me and checked me out was awesome. My 8yr old wanted some boots that were on sale. The shoe she picked up was the same brand of shoes that were on sale but it wasn't that style. The young man still have her the sale price for the shoes and really made day. Thanks you so much for your exceptional customer service.
